for this deal. The "We Owe" lists anything due the customer from the dealership of which this one says "nothing due". So, technically, there is nothing that is due for this customer, however, I do understand that buying a vehicle is a daunting task and sometimes things get overlooked and misunderstandings occur. I could have/would have corrected this issue long ago had I known sooner. We appreciate the [redacted]'s business and I am more than happy to get them the key fob and mats to make them happy and alleviate the issues.
