This I my answer to the matter with [redacted] (this name sounds like female name witch I believe is he's wife I did the deal with the man of the house she was there to given her opinion about the tree work )This customer ask me for my service witch is cut trees that's what I do for living and all my estimates are completely free when I got to [redacted] know in the door and he came out to talk to me he had two trees one a lot bigger then the other one front yard he ask me that how much I was gonna charge him to cut most of the tree and haul away everything that we cut of the tree and I told him that I would do the work for $dollars this was only for one tree and was the bigger one then we walk to the back of he's yard he showed me one more tree that the limbs were over the roof and other ones getting to close to the roof he ask me that for how much I would cut back the limbs over and to close to the roof and I told him that for $hundred more I will cut back the limbs over and to close to the roof and I was gonna do the second tree in the front yard both trees for hundred and $for the big one I even took a picture of the tree and he agreed with me and that's what I did I know that he was showing me more tree work that he wants to get done in he's back yard but I did not give him price for that my crew of workers they did exactly what I asked them to do when they finish the job they call me to let me know that the job was done I told them that they can go home and I was gonna stop later on that same day to collect my money When I show up to get the money mr [redacted] was unhappy because he was telling me that the job was unfinished and he was telling me that he changed he's mind and he wanted the tree in the back yard to be cut all the way down and some other branches a long of he's property fence line and some more limbs from I big huge tree that is on he's neighbors yard I told him that I didn't give him price for that That wasn't included in the quote for $hundred dollars He was telling me he wasn't gonna pay the whole amount because job was not completely done he pay me $dollars and the reason made me to take only is because he's one of the person that only them wants to be talking hi interrupted you a lot when you try to talk so I decided to get the money and walk away Next morning he call me and told me the he wants the job gets done all what he wants to get done with is cut the rest of the tree in the back yard and the limbs from the big tree of he's neighbors and the limbs a long he's fence line property I still trying to be nice to him like I am nice with all my customers I ask him are you going to pay me the rest of the money witch is $more? He told me that I'm crazy and he wasn't gonna pay any more money we were talking in the phone for about or minutes we couldn't resolve the matter he got upset he told me that he was gonna sue me and hang the phone Next morning he call me again and he was telling me that the work wasn't completely done and he was saying about these dents in he's yard my crew did fixed obviously that is gonna be noticeable where they fixed the hole to the rest of the yard but I still want to be good and nice with him he ask me that he wants these dents fixed and I told him unfortunately I can't right at this moment because I'm working but I will fixed for you just give couple of days I will buy some top soil bring it out to your yard and I will get it fixed then he said you know what never mind I'm just gonna go head and sue you I got little uncomfortable with that but still didn't disrespect him at all only thing I said was that well you can do wherever you think you have to do

He told me that I'm crazy and he wasn't gonna pay any more money we were talking in the phone for about 15 or 20 minutes we couldn't resolve the matter he got upset he told me that he was gonna sue me and hang the phone  Next morning he call me again and he was telling me that the work wasn't completely done and he was saying about these dents in he's yard my crew did fixed obviously that is gonna be noticeable where they fixed the hole to the rest of the yard but I still want to be good and nice with him he ask me that he wants these dents fixed and I told him unfortunately I can't right at this moment because I'm working but I will fixed for you just give couple of days I will buy some top soil bring it out to your yard and I will get it fixed then he said  you know what never mind I'm just gonna go head and sue you I got little uncomfortable with that but still didn't disrespect him at all only thing I said was that well you can do wherever you think you have to do.
