Clean Air Cab

Terrible company and terrible customer service. I called the night before and requested a cab for pickup the next morning for a ride to the airport. 8am came and no cab had shown up so I called the company to make sure they were on their way, and they told me that they knew I had a time scheduled but no one was on their way and that it would be another 25 mins or so before someone could maybe be on their way. When asked if this is how their business usually runs they said yes, that it depends on the day whether or not they will be able to pick you up at the time requested and they apparently don't find it necessary to let the customer know. I would NOT recommend using this cab company if you ever need to be somewhere by a certain time.

The worst service experience I have ever had I called for a cab an the driver parks outside my apts to smoke a cigarette I saw him so I go up to the car an said I would nt have found you outside my building he tells me didnt I say I would call you when I'm here when his supervisor is the one who told me he was here an go outside I guess to clean air cab smoking a cigarette is more important than their customers I will never order from clean air cab again I guess thats why discount cab is #1
