[redacted] To Whom It May Concern, The customer complaint was based, we believe on a misunderstanding of servicesThe customer paid for bi- weekly mows (every other week) throughout the season as well as steps of organic treatmentAlso paid for and provided were pick ups of weeds, clean ups and a treatment of over seedingAll of which were providedWe believe the issue was that the lawn was not watered properly which can not be done on every other week visits to the property The customer was under the impression she had hired a personal gardenerShe complained of flowers dying in flower beds which we never worked with or brown patches in grass which are going to happen if the lawn is not watered She was provided a year of lawn care services and is now requesting a full refundBesides the labor hours spent at the property money was spent on the treatment applications and the over seedingA full refund can not be expectedBelow is listed what was done and what we are prepared to refund We can confirm the following work was completed: Mowing- mows at $per mow for a total of $660Organic Treatment - treatments at $per application for a total of $250Weed Control- pick ups of weeds at $fora total of $160Clean up- clean ups were done at $each for total of $180Overseeding- on application of overseeding was done at $($will be refunded) Items to be refunded:Weeding (Ongoing) - $120Aeration - $65Pruning - $180Other Services (Watering) - $90Overseeding- $30Total - $ The $refund has been offered and provided to the customerWe are sorry she is upset with her service and for the misunderstanding in what is provided by our company

Steve was cutting the neighbors lawn this morning and I asked if he could cut mine on short noticeI normally do it myself, but allergies are bothering me He came right over and did an excellent job at a reasonable price

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not yet received the full refund and was told that it would be coming my way now nearly two weeks priorUntil I actually have in hand and deposited the full refund, this matter is not yet resolvedIf and when I receive the refund that I am owed and was promised, I will gladly contact Revdex.com to close the caseUntil then, the case is not resolved because I have NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND Regards,*** ***

bi- weekly mows (every other week) throughout the season as well as 5 steps of organic treatment. Also paid for and provided were 4 pick ups of weeds, 3 clean ups and a treatment of over seeding. All of which were provided. We believe the issue was that the lawn was not watered properly which can not be done on every other week visits to the property.  The customer was under the impression she had hired a personal gardener. She complained of flowers dying in flower beds which we never worked with or brown patches in grass which are going to happen if the lawn is not watered.  She was provided a year of lawn care services and is now requesting a full refund. Besides the labor hours spent at the property money was spent on the treatment applications and the over seeding. A full refund can not be expected. Below is listed what was done and what we are prepared to refund.   We can confirm the following work was completed: Mowing- 22 mows at $30 per mow for a total of $660Organic Treatment - 5 treatments at $50 per application for a total of $250Weed Control- 4 pick ups of weeds at $40 fora total of $160Clean up- 3 clean ups were done at $60 each for total of $180Overseeding- on application of overseeding was done at $30 ($30 will be refunded)   Items to be refunded:Weeding (Ongoing) - $120Aeration - $65Pruning - $180Other Services (Watering) - $90Overseeding- $30Total - $485  The $485 refund has been offered and provided to the customer. We are sorry she is upset with her service and for the misunderstanding in what is provided by our company.

Jay,This complaint has not been resolved. When I logged into Revdex.com after receiving the notification from Revdex.com that the company responded to my complaint by offering a partial refund, Revdex.com had already filed my complaint as “resolved.” But it was not resolved by any means. I went directly to the company and am now told that they will be paying me the remaining money that I am owed of $1205. Until, I receive this full amount, I do not consider this issue resolved. They owed me a precise amount $1690 and I have yet to receive all of it. If I receive remaining amount of the money owed to me, I will contact Revdex.com to have the case resolved. But until that time, the Revdex.com complaint is still valid and should be left open until I have been paid the money that is owed to me.Thank you,[redacted]
