Steve cleaned the ductwork in our home and did a wonderful job! He was friendly, professional and very conscientiousWe would definitely use him again and highly recommend Clean Air Solutions!

Complaint: [redacted] unit.I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted] The phone was answered when I called in, I pointed out the voucher was expired, he said that would be no problem, that they would come out and honor it I did not tell them I had started the furnace since I did not believe it would be an issue The electrical problem in my house is unrelated to this issue, the tech suggested I do what I had already done myself The unit they sold me was listed on Amazon for $110, the tech showed me a u-tube video of a $unit, which was confirmed by going online and looking at the company website The tech did place a sticker over the face of the UV unit, I can no longer see the original manufacturer info on the front of the unit The unit does have a light in it that must be replaced I don't believe a manufacturer would sell a unit that requires replacement without an owners manual, and no manufacturer info on the box or the unit The tech told me the manufacturer of the unit was Germtech UV As for cleaning the unit, that was what I bought the voucher for, it was only done after I requested it I got the very real feeling that the tech was there to upsell me Then When I talked on the phone he offered me $if In did not file a complaint I believe that this vendor is a bait and switch company offering the voucher as a way to gain access to sell additional items The vendor is completely disingenuous and is only offering services as an alternative since it costs no more They provided no company info, name on the van or business cards for a reason I still a refund of $ I am willing to pay a fair price for the unit and the cost of the installation

Customer scheduled an appointment with an expired promotion, we went out of our way to accept the promotionThat's why there was a misunderstanding about the furnace cleaning, And the technician did clean it the following day and recommend only from [redacted] also to wash the filters because they were not cleaned for over than a year , and there are 4-big dogs living in the house When the technician arrived the furnace would not startAlso some of the electrical in the house was not workingThe technician showed the customer that his furnace didn't work and the customer replied that he did not use it since last year, which proved that there was an issue with the furnace because it was the middle of the winter The furnace was inspected throughly and was fixed during the service visit with an additional charge of UV device plus installation for that this is what any HVAC company will charge, it's pretty fair price The model of the uv device that was sold is safeguard UV cleanserWe buy them in bulk from the manufacturer and they do not come to us with a manualGeneral instructions are available online for use of uv devicesWe do not apologize for our companies price we are upfront with our fees and don't push customers into the saleWe do not claim to be the cheapest on the marketWe would still like to make the customer happy and are offering a free intensive air duct cleaning or A dollar refund Idan G [redacted] Clean Air Solutions

I am rejecting this response because:Clean Air Solutions (aka Green Fresh Air) did NOT perform any air duct cleaning as promised on the voucher I purchasedThe voucher says "Air duct cleaning for unlimited number of supply vents using negative air pressure machine"The technician (David) came to our property with large regular shop vac machines, not negative air pressure machine and he didn't hook up any machine to the main line which is located in the hallway by the living roomThere is nothing special about the shop vac machines other than they just blow dust around and were very loud so I didn't want him to vacuum the furnace fan with the machines for additional $as he suggested. He only checked the dryer vent which is located in the bathroom and inspected the furnace fan.I was very disappointed to find out that the company didn't complete the job as promised on the voucherThe voucher should have said "Inspection only", not cleaning for unlimited number of vents! I felt cheated and I no longer trust this company to do any future service in our property.One more thing, when David returned my call, at first he said his name was Ben, then after I complained about the service, he said he's David the "supervisor"Another reason shows that his business cannot be trusted

I had a very positive experience with [redacted] and his company Clean Air Solutions. Wonderful and above the board service. He is a very nice person to talk to and answered all my questions. I appreciated his fast service, attention to detail and going the extra when he saw issues with my furnace blower. My furnace and air ducts as well as my lungs are very appreciative of the service he provided. Highly recommend.
I picked [redacted] because of his registration with Revdex.com and his A+ rating with them.
Qualifier: This was my first Air duct leaning service, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clean Air solutions or call on them again in the future as needed.

Company did performed the cleaning for air duct for unlimited ducts by hooking up the negative air pressure machine to the main line.Also we cleaned the dryer vent and the exhaust fan.Customer kept asking to clean fan of the furnaces and mentioned that he thought it was included, but unfortunately...

it was never included on any of our advertising we told her that we can clean it only  for an additional charge After she called ,we offered to come and do the job again if she is not satisfied but she was not interested in scheduling a time .Unfortunately, we cannot give a refund on a job that was already completed.

The furnace was inspected throughly and was fixed during the service visit with an additional charge of 120. UV device plus installation for 350 that this is what any HVAC company will charge, it's pretty fair price.
The model of the uv device that was sold is safeguard UV cleanser. We buy them in bulk from the manufacturer and they do not come to us with a manual. General instructions are available online  for use of uv devices. We do not apologize for our companies price we are upfront with our fees and don't push customers into the sale. We do not claim to be the cheapest on the market. We would still like to make the customer happy and are offering a free intensive air duct cleaning or A 150 dollar refund.
