We apologize for our delayed responseOur computer network became infected by a ransomware virus and unable to access our systemsWe have since corrected the problems are diligently repopulating our records.It is unfortunate that this customer has chosen to make such a complaint considering the facts of the purchase.On July 8, the Son and Daughter-in-law watched a demonstration of our Rainbow in their homeThe representative, ***, is a relative from our understanding and also brought an office friend to help her during the demonstrationAfter seeing the demonstration this customer wanted to purchase but unfortunatly were declined by our finance companySo they referred us to their parents in hopes that if the parents like it they could purchase together.On July 10, The representatives showed the demonstration and this customer and they did purchase and were approved by a finance companydays after the purchase the finance company, RFFC Financial, called the customer (process before they purchase the contract from us) to verify they did make a purchase, are happy with their purchase, received everything that was promised and then go over line by line the finance contract (this call is recorded) making sure the customer understandsEverything was fine and the contract was purchasedThe representative received her sales commission on July 22, 2017Approximatly weeks later the referring daughter-in-law called our office accusing us of taking advantage of her and her in-lawsWe had no idea where this came from but were informed there was an on-going family disputeAround August 4, we received a notice of cancellation from the customer post dated days after their purchaseObviously they were well out of any cancellation period however found this to be unacceptableVery unfortunate.We DO NOT use nor need high pressure sales tactics to sell our products we just let the customer use it, fall in love and ask them to tell thier friendsOur representatives are not hired salespeople but rather our customers that have such a passion for the Rainbow, they want to become part of our successVery unique

The representative, [redacted], is a relative from our understanding and also brought an office friend to help her during the demonstration. After seeing the demonstration this customer wanted to purchase but unfortunatly were declined by our finance company. So they referred us to their parents in hopes that if the parents like it they could purchase together.On July 10, 2017 The representatives showed the demonstration and this customer and they did purchase and were approved by a finance company. 4 days after the purchase the finance company, RFFC Financial, called the customer (normal process before they purchase the contract from us) to verify they did make a purchase, are happy with their purchase, received everything that was promised and then go over line by line the finance contract (this call is recorded) making sure the customer understands. Everything was fine and the contract was purchased. The representative received her sales commission on July 22, 2017Approximatly 3 weeks later the referring daughter-in-law called our office accusing us of taking advantage of her and her in-laws. We had no idea where this came from but were informed there was an on-going family dispute. Around August 4, 2017 we received a notice of cancellation from the customer post dated 23 days after their purchase. Obviously they were well out of any cancellation period however found this to be unacceptable. Very unfortunate.We DO NOT use nor need high pressure sales tactics to sell our products we just let the customer use it, fall in love and ask them to tell thier friends. Our representatives are not hired salespeople but rather our customers that have such a passion for the Rainbow, they want to become part of our success. Very unique.
