On 2/27/2016; we awoke to no heat in the home Have had a poor experience with the company that installed the system into the home so I decided to use another Company which was Clean Air Systems After a phone call, Lil Mike showed up at the door He was able to find two parts that were defective on my Heating system and even have the replacement parts on the truck After about an hour of his work he was able to repair the heating system In addition, he stayed about to minutes to verify that it cycled from heating to an off state Lil Mike was totally professional at all times and even cleaned up his work area He took the broke parts that he had replaced and completed his professional job!!! I even bought a warranty/service contact for them to come and clean the system this spring and later in the Fall A true professional in all respects and I would recommend this company that can do a good job and not see how much money they can make off of you I rate them stars on a to scale I will use them again and recommend them to my neighbors Thank you for great work!!!

I contacted Clean Air because of the rating with Revdex.comMy pilot light on my furnace needed to be litService man came out lite the pilot lightTold us it was fineCheck for Carbon Monoxide.I watched as the meter read in the ventbeing safehe got nervousStated he had to call his bossBoss cameWent in the atticCame back down with picturesStated I needed a new furnaceThey turned off the gas to the furnaceAll sounded like a scam to meStated he would contact us with the price for a new furnaceNever called us backWhen I called to schedule the appointment, I was told it was a $service callWhen I got the bill it was $They charged for service call, and then a diagnostic test, that was not stated when I made the appointment with the owner wifeI tried to cancel the check, was charged another fee, and finally ended up paying $because they sen
