Company required prepayment and did not do the job 100% but would not return calls asking to come back and finish the job properly.On Friday 10/3/14 the company came out and performed the power washing service and for the most part did a good job. There were some areas that looked like they were not cleaned very well, so we called them to discuss this and see what could be done and they've never returned our calls. We left messages 3 times but nothing. Company required prepayment with a check, so they have the money and are not interested in finishing the job.Desired SettlementAs I said we were fairly satisfied with the majority of the work. There are a few spots that are not very clean and need to be redone. That's all we are asking is to finish the job 100% as sold to us.
