My wife ordered some diet pills and and then was billed for two other items which she did not order. After threatening to go to the Revdex.com they sent her an email saying that the three orders were cancelled and she would not be billed. That did not happen as our credit card still shows the charges. We can't waste time over $23 of charges so we decided to cancel our credit card so we will not get any more orders. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
I ordered product from the website. After trying to product I did not react well and wanted to ensure that I didn't have any further orders, the website said specifically that I had no upcoming orders. Then another order went through, I contacted the company immediately to cancel the order because I had made sure no orders were pending. I was offered a credit or told I could return the product. I returned the product to the address on the package and it was sent back to me because the address was not legitmate. During this time I was consistently emailing the company and being ignored. The second I mentioned a refund the replies stopped. I then sent a message on Facebook and was given a new address to send the product to. I then sent the product again and when I inquired about the refund there was no reply yet again. The website clearly states you can get a refund, and I didn't even order the product in the first place. The first charge was not authorized and then after I jumped through hoops to get my refund I have been completely ignored.

Refund I would like my refund as garuntee did in the website. It's been a month and a half and every time I mention a refund the communication ceases. $176 is a lot of money to have lost for no reason.
This customer has been refunded for the September payment in question. That refunded was processed on October 23. We've followed up with her to insure that the refund was received.
This incident was very unfortunate and not at all indicative of the way Caplabs conducts business. There were some miscommunications and dropped correspondence as the result of some internal staffing changes. We apologize for any aggravation which this caused the customer and would be happy to make any other amends as she sees fits.

The refund was not processed until November 6th which is two months after I began looking for a return. The items in question were ordered without my persmission, and the website says a 110% refund will be given which was not true. I also am out 20$ for having to ship the products on two separate occasions. I didn't even try to return the initial product which caused me to have negative reactions. So I nevertheless had any useful product and had an order placed without my permission, and they make claims on the website they have zero intention of following.
