Clean Carpets & Upholstery

Company came and took my carpets last July to clean them and still have yet to return them to me after numerous phone calls and voicemails.I chose this company since my [redacted], [redacted], and the[redacted] at the time, [redacted], were in the same networking group together ([redacted]). The [redacted] and an [redacted] came to pick up my two carpets at my work, [redacted] Fence, in July of 2013. They said they would take them, clean them and return them to me at a later date. After a month went by, I began to make phone calls to the company to see where my carpets were. I was told on two different occasions they could not locate my carpets and would look into it and get back to me. Another couple weeks went by and I had to contact them again to get a response. I received a voicemail from [redacted] on 8/26/13, that I still have a recording of, stating they wanted to return my carpets and we were "playing phone tag". I returned the call that day and got voicemail yet again. Since that day, I have made numerous phone call attempts on two different phone numbers to get my carpets back. I left many voicemails stating that I was upset no one has gotten back to me and I need my carpets back, but still received no response.Desired SettlementI am asking for my carpets back. If they are lost or misplaced, then $300 + 6.25% tax for the two carpets. I purchased them both from [redacted] Furniture for $150/ ea. plus tax. I will be patiently awaiting a response. Thank you.
