The company I work for has been using Clean Choice for all of our vacant house cleans and carpet cleans for years and I couldn't be happier with their service! Kelly is always quick to respond to my requests and they have gone out of their way to accommodate our tight schedule on numerous occasionsThey are very easy to work with and are always willing to warranty their work if issues ariseI would definitely recommend them to other property management companies!

I came across this website from [redacted] in the Phoenix area. [redacted] Needing our carpets cleaned my wife called the number on the coupon and spoke with a [redacted]. [redacted] quoted us 750 sq. feet for the 89.99 coupon advertised and a small additional fee of 15 to 20 dollars for the stairs. We set the appointment on 8/12/14 to have the work performed on 8/20/14. When my wife called the morning of 8/20/14 to confirm the appointment she spoke to the same [redacted] that agreed on the price with the two of us. I was contacted by [redacted] from Clean Choice Services who said that he was on his way. I took the time to empty every room in my house of furniture for them. When [redacted] arrived he quoted me 190 dollars for the whole thing. I called my wife and had her on speaker phone while we both explained that we called the number on the coupon and were in agreement with Mr. [redacted] that the work would be performed for the price indicated on the coupon they are advertising. He told me they wouldn't have that coupon. I plugged my computer in and showed him the website. He pointed at the coupon that said 3 rooms (300 sq. feet) and smugly said to me "I don't think you read the coupon correctly." This statement was said very smugly suggesting that I must be an it. I then pointed to the coupon directly below it that said 750 sq. feet for 89.99. "So why are you telling me now that your going to charge me 189.00 for 750 sq. feet when we already agreed to THIS coupon on YOUR website?" He vaguely mumbled something about "Oh, we're trying to get that off the website. At this point I think its best I just leave."
I said "So your not willing to honor the coupon you advertise and agreed upon over the phone and now your telling me you just flat out don't want to clean my place that I emptied for you?"
He said "That's right"
I informed him that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com over false advertisement, extremely rude demeanor when lying to me about their advertising, and their unwillingness to honor their bargain.

I can't say enough good about CleanChoice. They have themselves an unbeatable team when compared to their competitors. They listen to every detail and communicate very effectively. They clean the 50,000 square foot facility that I help manage & we have always been more than satisfied. They always provide a quality of service that I am more than happy to pay for. I also had them clean the interior of my car that suffered a really nasty stain a few months back and I could not believe the results. I will never use a different company for janitorial, carpet/upholstery/car interior cleans, or residential remodels/repairs ever again. I'm so lucky to have found these guys.
