Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Apperntly just removing the cover warrants a $charge called opening the pool becssue they never connected the pump nor turned on the filterIt is correct thay no work was to be done without approval yet they are charging me $for repairs and the pool was never even workingIt had nothing to do with chemicals or water quality, the actual equipment was never connectedI never approved repairs, the tears were partially done anyway and then charged to me in full And I am still being invoicedultiple times for the same servicesThe repairs done to the filter without my approval were charged to me twiceThey refuse to contact me directly to discuss the invoicesIt's ridiculous I even have to post here to get a response though their response does not address any of my concerns.

Apperntly just removing the cover warrants a $350 charge called opening the pool becssue they never connected the pump nor turned on the filter. It is correct thay no work was to be done without approval yet they are charging me $1000 for repairs and the pool was never even working. It had nothing to do with chemicals or water quality, the actual equipment was never connected. I never approved repairs, the tears were partially done anyway and then charged to me in full.  And I am still being invoicedultiple times for the same services. We were contacted by [redacted] on April **, 2015 regarding opening her swimming pool in the home that she rents. We scheduled our...

service technician to go to her home on April **, 2015 and informed her that she should drain her pool and powerwash it because the pool had not been opened in a few years and was in real bad shape. [redacted] spoke to her landlord and wanted to proceed by just using chemicals to clear up her pool. On June **, 2015 our service technician opened up the pool and stated that she needed some pipes replaced. Our vacuum team went the next day to start vacuuming the pool and they added liquid chemicals. Liquid chemicals kill the bacteria and algae in the pool and the pool does not need to be running in order for the chemicals to work. We were told not to do any repairs to the pool without contacting customer who needed to contact landlord for approval. We have e-mail correspondence on June **, 2015 and June **, 2 015 stating what was occurring and what remedies needed to be taken.

Review: Contacted Clean & Clear to open my pool which had not been opened in several years. Received a quote after they viewed the pool, understood there were many variables due to pool's age/possible condition. Scheduled first visit and explained piping was missing from filter. First service visit, they looked at the pump, said they didn't have the piping on them and would have to return. Added Algaecide to pool. 2 days later they returned and vacuumed and shocked the pool even though the filter was not running- I was told this should not have been done it was a waste of time and chemicals since filter was not yet functional. Returned several days later- added a few pieces of piping but still did not have the right parts- left pump disconnected and said they would be back. This was on June [redacted] I believe. Returned again to vacuum- I told them they should not vacuum since the filter was never turned on, they apologized and left. After not hearing from them or having calls returned for over a week I contacted another pool company and found that Clean & Clear had taken the insides of my filter without tell me and left the filter open in the rain as well as the electrical panel open and parts scattered about my yard. I took photos at this point. After several more calls I demanded they return my filter and I hired another company. This was about a month after my pool was supposed to be opened. I was then billed for pool opening, vacuumings and chemicals that were premature and unnecessary, and work which I never approved. I called twice to discuss the bills they sent me but never received a call back.Desired Settlement: Invoice dated 6/**/15: $461.08 for pool opening that was never performed, vacuuming and chemicals that were done prematurely should be voided.

Invoice dated 7/*/15: $424.83 for parts and service that was never approved nor completed- should be adjusted to only bill me for parts that I retained and those parts should be shown to me because I don't believe I received them all.

Invoice dated 9/*/15: $227.59Says for an additional vacuum- 2 moths after they returned my parts and I disputed the bills- this is the charge for when they accidentally send guys to vacuum whom I sent away. As well as a duplicate charge for work on the 7/* invoice. This invoice should be voided.
