Customer, *** *** contacted the Denver Clean Conscience office on Saturday, March 21st, with a request to do an initial cleaning with the following instructions:
-the kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, cabinets)
-the (one)
bath-shower, cabinets, shelves
-dusting of baseboards
-dusting/cleaning of window sills
-dusting/cleaning of shelves in dining room
-cleaning of an additional fridge in the basement
A response was made to the customer on Monday, March 23rd from *** at the Clean Conscience Denver office that there is availability on Friday, March 27th in which the customer confirmed that this date would work for herThe cleaning technicians arrived at the customer's location on Friday, March 27th at 2p.mand the expected amount of time to be in her home was hours, when the technicians were approaching the allotted amount of time and needed more time to complete the job they contacted *** at the Denver Clean Conscience office to get approval for more time*** contacted the customer, in which she approved one more hour, which is also stated above in the complaint from the customerFor Friday, March 27th the team was in the customer's home from 2p.muntil 5:p.mThe technicians were aware that the job was not done and therefore contacted *** at the Denver Clean Conscience office to let her know*** then contacted the customer who agreed that the technicians could return to complete the job on Tuesday, March 31stOn Tuesday, March 31st the technicians arrived at 1:p.mand began to finish the job; however, there were signs on the door that stated that the home has been approved for containing asbestosShortly after their arrival the *** team arrived and told the technicians that they could not be in the home and must leave the premises immediatelyThe technicians were in the customer's home on Tuesday, March 31st from X:XX-X:XX p.m., and Holly left a voicemail for the customer explaining the situation and asking if the team could return after the asbestos had been removed from the premisesHolly has not heard from the customerWe have included photos from the home of *** *** from Tuesday, March 31st showing the before and after pictures of the bathroom, as well as the posted asbestos signs, as well as the initial email from ***.We strongly feel that the technicians did the best job that they could under the conditions of the home

1) My dispute is not related to how much time they supposedly spent at the house, it is related to the fact that the house was not cleanedThe bathroom was cleaned, and a few baseboards, which clearly does not require hours from two people
2) After the first visit I spoke with *** and told her that they had only cleaned the bathroom, and she agreed that that was not acceptable for hours for two people and stated that she would send them back to correct the problemThere was no agreement from me for any additional charges, and at that time I was contesting any charges already incurred
3) On their second visit to the house, when they first arrived, I walked them over to the federally regulated asbestos containment system for the remediation work happening in the basement to clarify for them that they were safe and that the work was happening in the basement and they said okAn hour later they decided to leave, and during that time cleaned two drawers in the refrigerator, which the cleaner put on the floor while cleaning which is inappropriate and unsanitary
4) I never received any phone messages from *** after asking her to call me

*** the Office Manager of Clean Conscience-Denver spoke to *** *** today, July 22nd, and they have reached a mutual agreement, that *** *** will be refunded in the total amount of $327, and in return *** *** will close the complaint with the Revdex.com, and remove any other negative reviews
