My Air Conditioner went out this past JulyI made a handful of calls and everyone was too busy to come outI was directed to Craig, the owner of Clean Cool AirI called around noon and he wasn't able to get out there until 9:30PMHe arrived and told me what I already knew that the system needed to be replaced and that he could do it the next day for $I said okaydays later at at 10:30AM young guys show up ready to install my new systemI texted Craig and asked if he was going to be there and he said yes by 2pmHe never showedThe young guy were there til about 7:30PMThe left a hole in my floor that they covered with a rug and never mentioned it, that someone stepped on weeks later and had to go to the hospitalThey also left the door to the crawl space wide open so that any type of critter could take residence under my home Fast forward months laterI come home one day, the house is warm, so I go to turn on the air only to find the system is totally deadIt will not do anythingI text CraigHe says he can't get to me until the next dayHe suggest a couple of things but nothing worksI ask if he can call me because the texting isn't really clear and he goes silentI call and text for days asking if he will be coming out and I get nothingon the fourth day I talk to his receptionist and she says he will be there after on that dayAgain, he never shows, never texts, never callsmore days go by and I continue to talk with his receptionist, she tells me she doesn't know what to tell meShe mentions Craig is working by himself because everyone has quit the companya day later I get a text from Craig apologizing and telling me he will be out the next day and that something like this will never happen againthe next day comes he never shows up, doesn't call, doesn't communicatemore days go by I call his office and he says he will be out later that day and asks me to check one more thingI text him back and let him know that didn't work and I need him to please come out Again he doesn't show and doesn't communicateBy now I am very frustratedI have been without air or heat for daysI call and talk to his receptionist and I become very angry, curse, tell her "I am sorry cuz I know its not her fault but I am frustrated" and I hang upI decide to take another approach before having to pay another company to come and fix my systemI go to his location and I write with soap on his truck window a reminder "LEANDER TODAY!" (that is my location) hours later the madness ensuesHe leaves me a threatening voicemail and several textsHe begins demanding that I come and clean his windowI tell him I will if he comes and fixes my systemHe tells me he won't and too bad and goes on and on threatening me, tells me he won't honor the year warranty on a system that is only in my home days because I soaped his window and cursed on the phone with his receptionist after he repeatedly told me he was coming and then didn't show each time for over daysHe calls me a handful of derogatory names followed by racial slurs and continues to let me know that he is in the position of power and nothing will get done unless I wash the soap off his window at his location which is miles awayI let him know I plan to report him and more acrimony is thrown my waySo I called another company they came with in minutes of me calling them and they were appalled with the shoddy work Craig's guys of Clean Cool Air had done while installing the systemhe said and I quote, "it looks like someone was just trying to do this fast and cheap and they weren't smart about it." Compression fittings were not tight and freon was being lost, supply air was not properly sealed and is leaking under houseReturn air was not made sufficient for new system designI was charged $for the call for a system that was in my home days that I paid $Craig of Clean Cool Air barraged me with threats and treated as if I had committed a crime against his familyI wrote in soap on his window my locationA huge over reaction in my opinionthis is not a reliable company and I would consider the owner, Craig, stretched far too thin and is unstable as a resultAfter having another company come and fix the system and point out the many things poorly done I am rather certain that his installer he sent me wasn't even certified

These guys are GREAT!! I called late one evening after my AC stopped working and it was over degrees outside...we live in Texas so the summer heat can be unbearableWell, Craig, the owner of the company, answered the phone and was more than willing to help me out THAT SAME night at no additional costHe arrived at my house within two hours of my initial callHe quickly diagnosed the problem to be a clogged drain line which he fixed immediatelyThen he recharged the unit with some freon and left me more than satisfied in a "cool" homeThe repair cost was affordable and he even gave me a maintenance agreement for the next year for free!! It doesn't get any better than these guys! I have never been left so confident after having a repair company out to my home as I was with Clean Cool AirI would recommend them to ANYBODY!!

Hello, we are a little late on this response but better late than never I guesshonestly, our apologies. This customer in my opinion simply wants something for free
First of all, repairs provided to *** *** Home Protection are warrantied for daysThis Blower motor(supplied by ORHP) was installed over a year agoalso, we charge ORHP $per pound of R22(we put pounds in this system)and we charge $for a drain line modificationThe total invoice for this job in was $$minus freon and drain line modification leaves $for the new variable speed blower motorOur cost on this motor is over $We are not in business to sell parts for less than we paid for themBottom line is we did not supply this motor, Its not under ANY warranty and this customer has a balance with us of $for diagnosticsAnd parts left with us for more than days with an outstanding balance will be sold or disposed ofPlease call *** with any questions...***

I said okay. 2 days later at at 10:30AM 2 young guys show up ready to install my new system. I texted Craig and asked if he was going to be there and he said yes by 2pm. He never showed. The 2 young guy were there til about 7:30PM. The left a hole in my floor that they covered with a rug and never mentioned it, that someone stepped on 2 weeks later and had to go to the hospital. So I called another company they came with in 90 minutes of me calling them and they were appalled with the shoddy work Craig's guys of Clean Cool Air had done while installing the system. he said and I quote, "it looks like someone was just trying to do this fast and cheap and they weren't smart about it." Compression fittings were not tight and freon was being lost, supply air was not properly sealed and is leaking under house. Return air was not made sufficient for new system design. I was charged $267.17 for the call for a system that was in my home 100 days that I paid $4800.00. Craig of Clean Cool Air barraged me with threats and treated as if I had committed a crime against his family. I wrote in soap on his window my location. A huge over reaction in my opinion. this is not a reliable company and I would consider the owner, Craig, stretched far too thin and is unstable as a result. After having another company come and fix the system and point out the many things poorly done I am rather certain that his installer he sent me wasn't even certified.
