10/12/- Clean Crawls did a pest set up at your home based on your areas of concern, this set up did not include your entire homeThe concrete work or exclusion work and 10/16/- You contacted Clean Crawls about vents that were falling, we offered someone out to fix these vents with the scheduled 10/20/follow up however you were unavailable until 10/31/10/17/- Johanna called you to confirm the 10/31/appointment to address the vents and check traps.10/30/- Johanna played phone tag with you as she attempted to confirm the details of your 10/31/appointment, however there was a "bad phone connection" on your end.10/31/- Johanna followed up with you regarding the vents as the pest manager found Clean Crawls was not liable and did not want to touch what another contractor did wrong; you however advised Johanna that Mike was your preference in contact going forward.11/08/- You spoke to the pest scheduler, whom set expectations about services going forward and signed you up for ongoing pest services.11/16/- A Clean Crawls field manager went out to fix three vents as a courtesy to you; these vents were not installed correctly originally which is why they (Clean Crawls did not do the original vent l work)11/17/- Mike sent you information about recommended work in in your crawlspace in order to be able to eradicate rodent activity effectivelyClean Crawls has effectively completed the contracted work according to standardsWe very much appreciate your business and thank you for your feedback

I am rejecting this response because:Clean crawls is denying they were supposed to seal pluming penetrations but it's clearly listed right on my invoice4th section it says - cap off unused duct, support ducts on the ground except return air, seal pluming penetrationsI am attaching it to this rejection for Revdex.com to reviewThey are lying about the work they did and I will not settle for thisI can read my invoice/contract clearly and the work I hired them to do was not doneIn addition to no pluming penetrations being sealed they did not clean off the ledges of feces and debrisThey did not remove construction debrisI have all of this clearly listed on my invoice/contract and I have dozens of photos of my crawl space proving that this work was either never done or done so poorly that less than a year later it has to be completely redoneI am giving them one last chance to refund me or I will see them in court

On 5/24/16 I spoke to you about your concerns regarding scheduling (due health reasons) and therefore were unable to schedule an appointment for the next phase in treatment.  Being that our services would not be effective without proper treatment I advised you of refunding you the full amount...

you paid to Clean Crawls.  Unfortunately you stated you had already written reviews regarding your frustration.On 5/27/16 the credit was effectively processed for the exact amount you originally paid Clean Crawls We appreciate the opportunity you allowed us and thank you for your feedback.

I am rejecting this response because:It is clear that you guys are trying to manipulate the typos on the invoice to your favor, that you will take no responsibility for the poor quality of work done in my crawl space and that you are going to deny any wrong doing even though I have photographic evidence that you are guilty. I will see you in court.

Ms. [redacted], the invoice clearly states: “Cap off unsed duct and support any ducts on the ground except the return air seal plumbing penetrations.”     Again, Clean Crawls completed the contracted work on 10/26/2015 which included removal of construction debris, feces and carcasses.

frames are clear of spider webs. Couldn’t treat exterior perimeter for general pests, due to snowing. Serviced rodent bait stations, bait levels approximately 50%. Refilled bait in stations. Checked crawlspace, no catches, traps are still armed and baited. No other issues noted.Thank you for your business! -Robert 2/20/18 Clean Crawls requires a 30 day written notice for cancellations; Mrs. [redacted] wrote Clean Crawls an email at 3:31pm on 2/20/2018 after we had serviced your home about cancelling pest services.
