Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is apparent that Clean Cut Creations did not discuss my concerns with their appraisers in regards to my complaints with the body work that was completed on the restoration of the vehicleIt appears to me that they are now attempting to cover up the real issues with the poor body work in regards to: wavy metal on the lower portions of the doors, rocker panels, drip rail channels above the windows, the sheet metal between the rear window and trunk lid as well at the patch work of the tareas for the new rear quarters to the roof and some of the paint issues According to the attachments of Appraisal (A) that has THERE definitions Fair Market Value and Class Ratings of 1-and (1) EXCELLENT and (6) PARTS CAR they are giving my vehicle an Overall Rating of #(EXCELLENT)I am very confident that this appraisal is 100% in accurateMy car has rust unrepaired in several spots, multiple imperfections (primarily in the body work) and some in the paintI fell that Appraisal (A) was very poorly done and is completely in-accurate according to the standards utilized by this appraiserAccording to the attachments with the response Appraisal (B) and Inspection letter (A) stated the car was not inspected with proper lighting to show all of the imperfectionsAlso Appraisal (B) has inaccurate information in regards to what sheet metal was repaired or replaced on the bodyNote: The owners (***) and now his wife (***) verbally stated to me several times that I was paying $21,plus for a perfect jobI also made it clear to them that this car was to be perfect when completedThis car is far from perfect!!!! that they are now attempting to cover up the real issues with the poor body work in regards to: wavy metal on the lower portions of the doors, rocker panels,  drip rail channels above the windows, the sheet metal between the rear window and trunk lid as well at the patch work of the tie-in areas for the new rear quarters to the roof and some of the paint issues.  According to the attachments of Appraisal (A) that has THERE definitions Fair Market Value and Class Ratings of 1-6 and (1) EXCELLENT and (6) PARTS CAR they are giving my vehicle an Overall Rating of #1 (EXCELLENT). I am very confident that this appraisal is 100% in accurate. My car has rust unrepaired in several spots, multiple imperfections (primarily in the body work) and some in the paint.
