Review: This repair facility performed unsatisfactory work. The owner (Bob) was eager to accept my money but kept my car for over six months. He came up with all kinds of excuses for the delays. From my insurance company was at fault to his employees quit to his scrap man got rid of my new parts and so on and so on. He was even evicted from this facility on 4th street in Westwego and set up shop at his new facility at [redacted]. He moved my car to the facility on [redacted] Dr. with out telling me. I found out he was evicted, when I went to check on my car as I was doing so often. I even called the police to report my car stolen, when it was not there. This guy (Bob) should not be allowed to operate a business. The paint does not match the factory paint for the rest of the car. Several bolts that hold the panels on are missing. Services that he (Bob) promised to do were not performed. I was so happy just to get my car back that I didn't care what it looked like. I would worry about it later.Desired Settlement: Refund of all monies paid to repair my car.

This is in response to a complaint filed by one of my customers. Now to address the issues he complaing about.1st thing when the customer brought the Money we ordered all the Parts for his vehicle. Some were on back order. Which means they weren't made yet. We got everything in Dec 2014.We took the job in September 2014. It took about another month to get it fixed. Because it had hidden damages ancloserao supplement that to get paid. Issue no2. I did get evicted. What people don't realize is that you have to wait on insurance checks to pay your bills. So when it takes 2 weeks to get it when the rent is due causes a financial strain on the Business. So I moved to a location that was half the rent I was paying. At the time also [redacted]. And put me out on the Street. I was not in a good position I admit. So I didn't tell the customer my situation. I finished his vehicle in January 2015. No 3. The customer vehicle paint was very faded. I tried to buff it to make it shine better. But it really needed a Paint Job. His Insurance Company didn't want to pay to Paint the whole vehicle to match the rear Bumper. And his Paint was a custom color from the Dealer. It has 7 different Pearl Colors mixed into it. I offered to try and get it closer. He said I had his vehicle long enough and took it. The only remedy I'm offering is Half Off a Factory Paint Job to be painted by me.
