Clean Cut Landscaping and Maintenance

rock and to install new rock.  The $2,400.00 Mr. [redacted] paid clean cut landscaping was strictly for removal of old rock and installation of new rock.  their was no agreement to do work on the irrigation system.  The Irrigation system was not inspected by Clean Cut Landscaping prior to work done on the property.

Review: We contracted with [redacted] of Clean Cut to remove the old stone landscaping on the North and East side of our property for $2400 with particular attention to maintaining the fully functional condition of the sprinkler system which operates on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The work was begun on Monday 6/16/14 and the sprinkler system was fully operational. The work was completed on Tuesday 6/17/14 and we were assured that the sprinkler system was in good order so we paid [redacted] the $2400. When the sprinkler system went on on Wednesday 6/18/14, we discovered a leak in the uncovered supply line, exposed wiring and buried sprinkler heads. We called [redacted] at [redacted] and he said that he would correct the problems that day but did not show up. We then called every day from 6/19 though today 6/23/14 and left voice mail messages, none of which were returned. We are requesting the return of our $2400 to repair our sprinkler system.Desired Settlement: Return of our $2400 by 7/1/14.
