The lawn damage will be repaired by July 31st
I am rejecting this response because:
The owner of the company Derek [redacted] provided snow removal service between Nov 2016 to April 2017 during which his service resulted in damages to the front lawn. The issue was promptly reported to...
Derek and he promised that when spring comes he would repair the damages. I contacted Derek at least over 3 times in April and May to arrange a date for repair. He promised he would send his crew on May 17. The repair never took place and I could not get a hold of him since May. I filed a complaint with Revdex.com in July and got a response through Revdex.com that he would repair the lawn by July 31. The repair did not happen and no communication was made to let me know why it didn't happen. This company has consistently shown disregard to his customer and made false promises.
