This is a 5-star (A++++) businessThey were represented by Mike G [redacted] and his crew of tireless workersThey respond quickly when called, provide an accurate estimate, arrive promptly when scheduled, and safely remove all dead trees, brush, etcin a clean and professional mannerThey did an outstanding job of removing many very large dead trees from our propertyIt now looks like a well-maintained park, not a fire trapI highly recommend them

Our records indicate on July 5th, Katlyn did call and notified us about her returned and requested status of her refundAt this time, we didn't show any records of a refund, therefore, on July 6th we attempted to issue a refund (see attached where it states "refunded amount of $offline") however, due to a glitch in the system the refund did not go throughWe have spoken with Katlyn and apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused her and we have confirmed that her refund of $has been made on July 14th (see copy of [redacted] Depending on the financial institution, the refund will be posted between 3-business daysDue to the delay of getting a refund, we have extended to her a $electronic gift card to invite her back to shop in our stores againShe has accepted and an electronic gift card was sent to her via email on July 14th with a confirmation: Recon ID: [redacted] Should you required any additional information please contact us at any time

however, due to a glitch in the system the refund did not go through. We have spoken with Katlyn and apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused her and we have confirmed that her refund of $42.00 has been made on July 14th (see copy of [redacted] Depending on the financial institution, the refund will be posted between 3-5 business days. Due to the delay of getting a refund, we have extended to her a $20 electronic gift card to invite her back to shop in our stores again. She has accepted and an electronic gift card was sent to her via email on July 14th with a confirmation: Recon ID: [redacted]Should you required any additional information please contact us at any time.
