October - This was the best experience we'd had since looking for a vehicle for our daughterThe experience at Clean Cut Auto, and excellent service from the time we stepped on the lot, until we purchased the car was unbelievable! *** (we think he is the owner or maybe the manager) was very straight forward, truthful and professionalAfter giving us info about the Nissan we were interested in and several others we were considering, he told us to drive any of the vehicles for as long a test drive as we likeWe ask if we could take the vehicle of interest to our mechanic to be checked out before making a decisionHe agreed, with no hesitation! (At other locations, this is where the problem occurred with other vehicles we were interested in.) Also, Clean Cut Auto was the only place we visited that offered a "free mile or month warranty" on their used vehicles
My husband and I had searched everywhere for about months for a reasonably priced, reliable, used, clean vehicleWe started at local dealers and used car lots who had good ratings and reviews with the Revdex.com We were so surprised when faced day- after - day with dirty vehicles, with obvious mechanical problems and at higher than market value being sold at these "so called reputable, highly rated dealers"
After looking for so long, we decided to change our strategy and look for the vehicle in places we initially said we would stare clear of: wholesalers, private sellers and if all else failed, we decided we might check out some of the used car lots that didn't rate high with the Revdex.com
Well, for another month of contacting private sellers and wholesalers, we found the same thing as before - dirty cars with mechanical problems! We had just about given up hope as we were driving by one of the local used car lots, Clean Cut Autos and saw one of the vehicle models we had been searching for, the

We are the type of people who do our research and normally take the Revdex.com rating in the highest regard; but, we have to say, the rating is definitely off for this businessThe Nissan checked out great at our mechanics shop and my daughter has been driving her vehicle for almost months now with no problemsShe loves her Nissan Sentra!
We will still use the Revdex.com as a guide, but now we know not to believe every rating as gospelWe are not in any way associated with this business, other than being newly pleased customers for lifeWe highly recommend Clean Cut Autos to others who may be interested in a reliable, clean vehicleWe will be visiting Clean cut again in a few months with my son who needs a car
Update: Feb15, The Nissan Sentra we purchased for our daughter from Clean Cutt Auto over a year ago is still going strongOther than a few dings she got from a small fender bender and with regular routine maintenance, she loves her SentraMy son who drives it occasionally is amazed at how well her vehicle feels and handles on the roadMy son is now ready to buy his vehicle and wants me to start looking for a good used vehicle for himClean Cutt will be the first place we look due to the excellent service we received and the dependable vehicle we purchased! I don't know how this place could have a "F" rating with the Revdex.com! Definitely not warranted!

My son is now ready to buy his vehicle and wants me to start looking for a good used vehicle for him. Review: I've had purchased a car from clean Cutt around December , immediately there was a problem about a week later. The battery was no good ! And I was stuck on the side of the road . I would've thought at least give me 2 weeks since I've put more than 1000 dollars on the down payment that I could get a new battery when I got paid but the car didn't even make it. So I had to buy a new battery. So after I got the battery replaced I took it to get an oil change & was told there were excessive leaks under the hood & they couldn't determine what it was. SobI had to go to an actual mechanic where I was told they sold me the car with a split cv joint, a busted ball joint on the right side which causes cracking noise every time I turn & Also I need a valve gasket . They did not include any of this in the price . I already had so much to do for a car I LITERALLY JUST BOUGHT. and on top of that February something else happened to the car which when I bought it I had gotten a warranty on it so I tried to use the warranty that I purchased but when I called the warranty place they said they have NO PAPERS about my warranty & never received money for it. So I called clean Cutt asking what the problem is & all of a sudden everyone's confused and doesn't know what's going on (poor customer service) not to mention they sold me a car that failed inspection 3 times until I got everything fixed to pass it. I've put so much money into this car already it's ridiculous & they act so clueless when you explain to them the problem . At first I recommended these people but as my car got worst & I needed answers on why they just started showing their rude true colors & I will never recommend them to any one !Desired Settlement: It would be nice if I could exchange for a car with no problems or at least not as much as I went thru with this car & it hasn't even been 6 months I had it before all these problems occurred . I really need a car for I am expecting a child any time soon , full time job & start fall classes in September . I can't do this all without a car
