Clean Duct Vent

Review: We had our chimney cleaned and inspected by this business. Before we even saw them, we had two no shows on scheduled appointments. Once they finally came, the technician said my chimney was 35 feet long and charged me for that. A few days later, we had to measure our chimney to paint our house and found that it was only 28 feet. They sent another technician to us that weekend to confirm that we were indeed overcharged. He ([redacted]) said that his manager ([redacted]) would get in touch with us that Monday morning. My husband and I have both made countless calls and e-mails to this company to get a refund for our overcharge and no one has been able to help us. On Friday, September 11, my husband spoke with someone named Ally who said she would look into it and have an answer for us in two days. He called again on September 15 and she said she couldn't do anything. She transferred him to a a manager's voicemail. Managers who have the power to issue refunds are never in the office, we have left voicemails with no return calls, and it's been impossible to speak with or even get a direct phone number for anyone who can do anything. It has now been close to a month since the second technician came out to confirm that they did indeed overcharge us by 8 feet. They charged us by the foot and all we want is for someone to cut us a check for the amount we were overcharged by this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for AT LEAST the 8 feet we were overcharged in August.
