I am rejecting this response because: subsequent to the response, I have been in touch with *** ***, the principal for CESHe has offered to replace my battery with the latest model, install my solar panels and give me a letter guaranteeing that I can get my money back for the battery if it doesn't perform as originally promised If Mr*** will make these offers along with an estimated schedule for the work to be completed part of a response to the Revdex.com complaint I will accept the offerThank you, *** ***

This complaint was delivered to the wrong address, we just received in our mail today, with an envelope that was already opened.    The allegations are completely False, LIES.     CES never performed any installation work without being licensed.  The licensed contractor who...

installed the system was "Solar Energy 911".     CES is a manufacturer and provided manufacturing and technical support as requested.  AT no time did CES EVER EVER EVER work on [redacted] property with the system.  Any and All work was PERFORMED by the licensed contractor of record.  CES sold a system to the contractor, who then installed the system at customers request.  Betts "Customer"  has made false and misleading statements to the CSLB and to Revdex.com.  This unethical, false and slanderous complaint should be stricken and removed from the Revdex.com.  I assume the Revdex.com has certain standards for receiving and dealing with complaints.  If CES is further damaged by these FALSE allegations, CES will seek any and all Legal remedies to sue the Betts for his knowingly making slanderous and false statements.        [redacted], CEO Cel: ###-###-#### Office: ###-###-#### ###-###-####  www.cleanenergystorage.net    [redacted]   This email is CONFIDENTIAL.
