This Company is a subsidiary of *** *** Builder's in Sussex County, DelawareThe people and technicians are generally very friendly and knowledgeable and overall do a good job from the Technical sideAdministratively they are a disasterA requirement to do direct Electronic transfer payment or pay your entire Annual Bill to receive one month freetheir electronic transfer system does not specify at which time of the month the draw will be made so payments from one's account occurs at varying times of the month in violation of Federal lawsThey have double billed taking money from our account to pay someone else's bill Additionally they have extracted money from our account when no bills were duewhen requesting a change to payment by check they agreed but said they would take away our free month in spite of all the issues with their Electronic payment systemThey have been responsive to correcting the error but have relied totally on the client to point that out to them and continued to repeat the same issuesConstant monitoring is required and unfortunately a Statement from the bank occurs once a month and it is only at that time that you realize what errors they may have generatedTechnically a B+, Administratively an F-

A requirement to do direct Electronic transfer payment or pay your entire Annual Bill to receive one month free. their electronic transfer system does not specify at which time of the month the draw will be made so payments from one's account occurs at varying times of the month in violation of Federal laws.
