On or about Monday 10/1, vendor phoned. Stated they had spoken with us several months ago and we requested contact later. We had no such recollection, but had had a serious health emergency at the alleged previous time, so migiht have forgotten. I stated I was feeling pressured, but representative assured me such was not the intent and they have an A+ Revdex.com rating. I said I still felt pushed and it would not be really convenient, but a rep could come to make a proposal, and should know I was skeptical.
? On Thursday 10/4 estimator Steve came, did his survey and presentation, quoted a price, scheduled us for 2 PM Thursday 10/11, and took a $95 deposit.
? At 3:30 10/11 Anthony phoned to say he could not make it, being stranded elsewhere, and rescheduled us for 1 PM Monday 10/15.
? I left a phone message at CE office confirming this and requesting contact. No response. On Friday morning 10/12 I left another phone message. No response.
? On 10/12 our check 3198 for $95 deposit was cashed.
? Monday, 10/15 no signs of activity. At 1:05 I left a phone message at CE offices requesting contact and reschedule. No response. Anthony never came; no-one ever phoned with explanation or reschedule.
? Tue 10/16, 9:30 AM left message at office detailing previous reschedules and no-shows, requested contact for rescheduling. No response.
? Daily phone messages throughout week to 10/19. No response.
? Three different persons stated that the company has a Revdex.com rating of A+, and their website states it in at least two places. The Revdex.com site says they have no rating and are not accredited ? a conflict of possible interest to the Revdex.com.
? At this point, I would simply like to cancel entirely, have my $95 back, and be done with it.

Refund I would like my $95 deposit refunded, no further contact from the business, and the BB to prohibit the business from claiming an A+ rating. ? The service order specifies that if the home is inaccessible at the scheduled time, and *Ifail to reschedule, the deposit is forfeit. In this case, the business has failed, and in essence refused, to reschedule. I have lost all trust.

We never cashed the customer's check. If the customer can provide a copy of the cashed check then we will issue a refund.

My check WAS cashed, on 10/12/18. Attached is the Credit Union's check image, font & back, showing endorsement by Clean envoroment. I will be pleased to receive the offered refund promptly.

In the 111/7 communication from the Revdex.com, the business claimed not to have cashed my check, and said if I could provide a copy of the cashed check they would provide a refund. I immediately returned GTE Financial's front & back images of the cashed check, endorsed by Clean Enviroment as clear proof that they HAD cashed my check, and as basis for a refund. To date (11/22) I have had no refund or any other communication. The business has not responded as promised, and is not acting in good faith. I would like to receive the promised refund of my $95.
