Review: First of all Mr. [redacted] needs to attend a course in etiquette and how to talk to customers. Especially when the customer doesn't reciprocate the same attitude she received when speaking to you about her property.I am not a fraudulent individual. So to assume that after almost a week of dropping off my vehicle, th...at has not been looked at once since drop off and was told it was getting a blueprint(fancy estimate)done at the time I am present and calling for additional money when I was told the week prior the parts were going to be pre ordered, and anything extra they would then call the insurance company. They were trying to scam ins co. by asking for additional funds before first were used. then upon drop off the main parts on my appraisal were never ordered and my car is visibly still sitting on the lot with the zip ties on the bumper that I put on to hold it in place while it was waiting to be fixed untouched. So when I am asked to have my vehicle back after I am told it would be an additional week to fix a plastic bumper. This gentleman has the nerve to say and I quote," So you don't want your car fixed and you want to take the money and run, well give it back to her and close it out. her car doors dented anyway let her spend the money." Now I've worked customer service before. This isn't an ounce of professionalism. I came in for the bumper to be fixed that shouldn't take two weeks to receive the parts, and my car door should not be up for discussion since it was never part of the deal. It's funny how I can go elsewhere in the same day. My estimate done, parts are ordered, and I receive a rental car in which they set all up for me. My Car finished this week.I do not appreciate the assumption that I am stealing, because my car was not being serviced and I decided to go else where. When I come to a business for a service that's what I expect. otherwise another business will receive my service if the other can not complete the task at hand.Desired Settlement: an written apology from company and Mr. [redacted].

Dear [redacted]

My name is [redacted] and l am the Operations manager here at the shop. l have read Mrs. [redacted] complaint and have already spoken with her about the concerns. I apologized on behalf of the company and told her that there was obviously a misoommunlcation between herself and Clean Fleet. According to my records she dropped the vehicle off Wednesday night July 17"‘ at 4:45pm. An estimate was written on Thursday and handed out to a technician on Friday. Friday's are typically our busiest days getting vehicles back to customers, so the technician did not begin the disassemble process that day. On July 22”“ Monday at

8:25am Mrs. [redacted] arrived extremely upset that we had not begun the disassemble process and told us she wanted her vehicle back. We released the vehicle to her and tried to explain that we do not work on Saturday and Sunday as well as informed her that we actually only had the car for 2 days. Ultimately, it was a mlseommunication between us and l did call and state that we would do whatever she would like to make her a happy client again. She thanked me and that is where

our conversation ended. Please call If you have any additional questions or requests.

Review: I had my brought my car to be repaired on June 6,2013. I got a call it was ready and I picked it up July 5, 2013. That following Monday July 8, 2013 I get in my car to put all receipts from the transaction in the glove Department, I went into my owners manual an the, owners manual was missing! I called Clean Fleet and asked for [redacted] the man that helped me while my car was at their facility. I told him my that my owners Manuel was not in my glove department an that it was in there before I brought my car to him. He went to explain that he had no use for it an they deal with Lexus's all the time, he had no use for it. I explained again to him that my owners manual was in the car before and I needed it back. He stated that he take pictures of everything in the car, so let him go thru the pictures. I asked him did he see it? Did he take a picture of my glove department? He replied that he did not take pictures of my glove department! He said he will start from now on. He said he would ask around and give me a call. He never did! my lawyer called Clean Fleet twice and left messages an noone never returned his calls either. I think it's unprofessional to just brush off a concern of a customer. A owners manual might seem small but it's the principal of it all. It was mine and I want it back!! I need it!! If you take pictures of everything in the car you should take pictures of everything including the trunk and glove department. In the picture you would've took, you would've seen the owners manual missing!Desired Settlement: I just bought another owners manual I want my money back for it.
