Clean Freak sucks
I took my car in for a wash - the most expensive one on the menu - and expected it to be reasonably cleaned. However, that ws not the case. The windshield and front-facing parts of the car were still covered in bugs and mud and dirt.
So I went back and asked for a re-wash. There was no line, I was the only person there.
The attendant walked around the car and said, "We're not allowed to re-wash. You car looks mostly clean, anyway."
What an ignorant thing to say! Like I said, there was no line, nobody else there but me, in my car that needed cleaning. But, no. "We're not allowed".
Terrible quality car wash, zero customer service - I won't be going back, and neither should you.

I have been a loyal customer to Clean Freak Car Wash for several years now and have had two different instances where my vehicle has been hit by another, while going through the car washThe most recent one was a couple months ago (can't recall exact date, since I thought my concern would be addressed without me having to file a complaint.) I was in my car with my two daughters and my daughter's friendWe were going through the car wash and got hit from behind, I honked my horn to try to get the attendants to stop the car wash and nothing happened, our car just kept goingSeconds later I was hit again, even harderIt was hard enough to wake up my sleeping year oldBy this point, I was quit upset about it allI pull out and proceed to go to the little office area to report my experienceA nice employee came out and asked what he could help me withI began to tell him my concern and he said he would get me a managerOut comes a Hispanic male (I can't recall his name at the moment but I can get it if, necessary) who looked VERY unprofessional with different color highlighter markings all over his face, neck, arms, etcI begin to tell him my concern and he said he was going to view the videoHe pulls up the video and you can clearly see where the guy hits me, not once but twiceHis response was " sorry, that he hit you but there isn't anything we can do about it, he must have had his car in drive or foot on the gas etc." He didn't express any empathy, concern or positive customer service at allI told him that there has to be something that they can do to prevent this from happening since it was the second time it's happened to me (at that same location,) or maybe they shouldn't be running the car wash if all you can tell customers is I am sorry you got hit, (not once but twice on two different occasions.) He said it was my responsibility to ask the attendant bringing in the cars to allow a full car space behind me to try and prevent that from happening againI explained if that was the case then they should notify customers of that rather than that being a solutions "after the fact!" but again, he was rude, not helpful, made it clear that he didn't care and wasn't going to take any ownership so, I then asked for his managerI was given the name of Tracy with a contact number of:480-812-I called the following week (due to the incident occurring on a Saturday) and left two voicemail's (one the first week and one two-three weeks later) asking for a callback to discuss an issue I had at one of their locations and a month + later, I still have not once been contacted! I am extremely disappointed and feel that my only other option is to spread the word about how Clean Freak does NOT care about their customers and switch to another car wash (since there is several out there to chose from) and encourage others to do the same Also, on a side note, I did go back again since the incident and asked the attendant to please give a full car space behind me, before allowing another car to enterHe said ok however, didn't respect my request and had another car come right in after me

I took my Dodge Durango through the wash a few weeks backI parked the truck afterwards and my wife drove it the next morningShe got on the freeway and heard a loud noise after a few minutesThe stock trim around the front passenger wheel trim had torn offI would have thought it an odd incident if not for my experience a week later with my BMWAfter going through the wash, I returned home and instantly noticed that the front passenger marker light had been ripped off
A week apart and damage on the same area of two vehicles? It's pretty obvious that the car wash damaged my vehicleI called and sent emails without response at firstThe manager eventually called me backHe argued that the wash couldn't have caused the damageI sent him an email with photos of the problem and eventually filled out an incident reportA week later, I've had no follow up from either the manager or the companyI'm out a few hundred dollars because I chose to go through this car wash

My car was bumped off the track in the middle of the car wast was then hit by the car behind me twiceThe response from the Management inside was "its like a walmart parking lot, you have to figure it out with the car that hit you." Also they blamed me for the car coming off their trackI have never experienced such horrible customer service and was treated like crapThey took no responsibility for their equipment malfunctioning or even apologize for causing harm to my vehicleIt was a joke, I will never go back
