This is Mykel from Shu~Renu ,shoe repairID # [redacted] In October of 2015, Miss [redacted] came to the shop for her bootsNot finding them we then informed her that the boots must be in storageShe then said that her boots had not been there for the daysSo we told her we wound look, and call her backMs [redacted] then started calling every other day,after we looked for the shoes in the shopAfter about weeks of looking in the shop, I deduced that they must be in storage, of which I can only get to on my day offShe began threatening to sue, I told her that we have storage units it takes timeI also told her about my aunt's battle with cancer, a she just lostThe funeral was Friday 12/11/After finding her boots we discovered that the boots had been there since 2/26/Giving us the misinformation made it more difficult to find her boots, and we do have multiple signage that we are not responsible for items after daysMs [redacted] has her boots as I had promised

Thank you for your response [redacted] I did finally receive my key a few days after my complaint was received by your company. However, during the same time frame my complaint was delivered to you guys I received a condescending text message from [redacted] stating she didn't know why I contacted the Revdex.com after telling me she sent the key (she never contacted me telling me she sent anything. she actually stopped responding to me all together from the dates I noted in my complaint. and she never sent the key until the complaint was made.) She also noted in the text, "we have no use for your key" and that I was "just silly." 
I really had nothing else to say her after that text message. I only wanted my key back. Like I said I was happy with my service. It was personal choice to suspend services due to the impending arrival of my baby. I'm truly disappointed in [redacted]'s lack of professionalism in all of this because she was quiet pleasant before.

Ms. [redacted] then started calling every other day,after we looked for the shoes in the shop. After about 3 weeks of looking in the shop, I deduced that they must be in storage, of which I can only get to on my day off. She began threatening to sue, I told her that we have 3 storage units it takes time. I also told her about my aunt's battle with cancer, a she just lost. The funeral was Friday 12/11/15. After finding her boots we discovered that the boots had been there since 2/26/15.
