Very satisfied with the service and price. All of our emails were answered quickly and thoroughly. Clean Freaks were on-time, on-budget and ensured we were happy with the result before the left our home. Friendly, approachable and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Stephen did an amazing job cleaning my furniture and stairs! He was very thorough, taking considerable time carefully cleaning each piece. I was horrified how dirty the water was, despite the fact that my six dining room chairs and two sitting chairs only appeared slightly soiled. This was due to his very careful cleaning and the quality cleaning products and equipment that he uses. He pointed out the grit that he got out of both my chairs and my stairs that wears your carpet and furniture down. I had just cleaned my stairs early in the day with my $500 [redacted] cleaner from [redacted] (Stephen had originally only come to clean the upholstery) yet they appeared ivory again after he cleaned them. He passed 3 times over each step in different directions to make sure he got all the dirt out. Stephen was polite, competent, honest and replied any emails promptly. Clean Freaks came to clean my upholstery in July 2016. The owner chatted with me for some time, explaining that I should not expect miracles with the cleaning of my 15-year-old white couch which has had two dogs use as their private bed and spa for 5 years . However, that is exactly what I got - a miracle. People who come to my home ask me if I got a new couch! The woman who came to do the cleaning was very friendly and diligent. I am so pleased with the work Clean Freaks has done.
