Review: I sent a pair of my suit pants to Clean & Fresh Dry Cleaners on August 31, 2015, to be cleaned and returned. Two days later they were to return my pants to my place of employment, and my item was listed on the return manifest, but was not present with all of the other items being returned. I called the main telephone number and informed them that the pants had not been returned. The employee told me that he would check to see if they were still in the shop, took my number, and told me that he would call me back. He did not call me back, and after a few days, I called the store again and left a message with the Director of Operations, informing her of the issue, asking her to call me back. She never returned my call, so a few days later I called the store again and spoke with another employee. He took my number and promised to check the shop and call me right back. After four hours of waiting to hear from them, I called the store again and left a message with the President of the company, expressing an extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service that I was receiving. He called me back one hour later, and explained that they didn't have my suit pants, and did not know where they were. I told him that I understand that things can be lost, but that it is completely unacceptable that no one had contacted me or given me any updates. He said that it would take time to track them down, but that he would inform me of any further information. That was on September 9th. As of today, September 13th, I have still not been contacted with any updates on the situation.Desired Settlement: If my pants are not found, then I would like the company to replace the pants, as well as pay for the necessary tailoring that will be required. If the pants do not match the jacket that was part of the suit, then I would like the jacket to be replaced as well, as the pants were half of a tailored suit.
