Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAfter A LOT of arguing with the manager about me saying that I would NOT pay for the service until AFTER they sent out a technician to clean up the mess, the manager told me the owner was going to come out and take care of it I was contacted to set up a new appointment time, and a different technician came out and cleaned everything up He was very friendly and understanding, and apologized profusely for all of the hassle I had gone through He made sure that I was 100% satisfied with his clean up and THEN he asked for payment He also provided me with a written invoice of services provided and prices, so I could see clearly what all I was paying for I wish that the entire situation had been handled this way from the beginning so I could have avoided all the stress and arguing with the manager, but I appreciate the owner getting involved and sending this great technician to take care of me Frankly, I think the manager and the technician should be fired, or at least put on probation, for the lying (technician) and badgering (manager) I had to endure Their invoice says that they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee You would think that with something like that printed right on their invoices, the manager would have had THAT as his "policy" instead of CONSTANTLY repeating to me that it was "company policy" to not send out a technician again (to clean up the HUGE mess he left) until AFTER they received payment Sincerely, [redacted]

I hired this business to come and clean the carpet in a home we are preparing as a rental property I already had a professional cleaner come and deep clean the entire home The employee of Clean Green Carpet Cleaning had some issues and ended showing up WAY later than I had originally scheduled He called later in the day to let me know he was behind and would be over later I was annoyed because I had other appointments, but understood He got there even later than the adjusted time I asked him to leave an invoice and I'd pay the next day He didn't He didn't even contact me the next day to make payment arrangements He texted me Sunday morning saying I needed to contact him immediately to make payment I was out of town and when I got back to see the job he did, there was residue from their machine all over the baseboards and walls of one room (about inches from the floor and up all around the room), as well as giant spills of dirty water in the bathroom, and ALL OVER

I had to BEG to get the $ to fix my wallsAnd no one has offered to fix my $floorsAlso, someone I know knows one of your co-workers personally, so please stop telling the company about what a terrible person I amThis has become a person jab and I am so beyond upset with this companyAnd I STILL haven't gotten an apology Sincerely, [redacted]

Clean green came out and did an amazing jobFloors looked and smelt greatAfter the cleaner left I inspected my house to find big scrapes all over my walls and my floors have buckledI leave a complaint on Facebook, they get mad at me because I didn't call them firstI call, we make an appointment for the owner to come out a week later, she asks if I have the paint, brushes and tarp, I say NODay of appointment secretary calls saying he's out of townI say okay well give me at least $back to fix my walls(No apology and no one ever mentions my floors.) she says no, he's doesn't like to do that because that takes money away from the guy who cleaned my carpetsI say well he ruined my floors and walls, so if all I'm asking is $back instead of all my money back including extra to fix my floors then he should hand over $back to me!! She says she'll talk to him and get back to me after the 4thIt's the 5th and no one has calledI call her and say okay can I have my $50? Sh

Clean Green cleaned our carpets better than anyone we've had in the pastCurtis was our technician and super helpful and informativeI definitely recommend these guys

Ordered a room cleaning with add on bonus from GrouponCompany came out and did room cleaning with no choice of add on bonus Wrote Groupon- rooms + on invoice but did not give my husband any choice of add on bonusSpoke with company and they are no helpThey will not refund or come out to complete add on bonus
