paternal lineage test. THE ANCESTRY IS NOT AFRICAN. WE CANNOT FIND AFRICAN ANCESTRY IF IT DOES NOT EXIST. [redacted] purchased an African Ancestry PatriClan Test to trace his paternal ancestry. He was given ample notice prior to his purchase that there was a high probability that the result would not be African. He still chose to purchase and submit the test. He had two lengthy conversations with our one of our customer service team members prior to purchasing the test. In both conversations he was told that there was a 35% that his paternal ancestry result would be European.The test kit contents clearly state that there is a chance that the result will be European. (see attachment, Test Kit Insert.png)He initialed the Specimen Information Form acknowledging that the result may not be African and submitted his test. (see attachment, BOliva Form.pdf) Will not be providing a refund to [redacted]. Per our terms and conditions, we do not provide refunds because a customer doesn’t like the result.
