We are pleased with the job that was done. The job was very professionally done. He was very informative on what he was going to do.

Jordan just cleaned the windows in our house inside and out. They sparkle now and are so clean. He came on time, was professional and whistled while he worked. Conscientious and competent. I highly recommend this company and service.

I was very unhappy with parts of the job from this company, and I think they charge an awful lot of money. With that said, it's a very hard job, and I would never want to do it. I'm not saying the fee is unfair, it's just a lot--probably well spent, tho. It's very messy, and the insulation company did a poor job at keeping it contained, respecting my home, and cleanup (which was pretty minimal). I didn't like the subcontractor that way hired by Clean Image, and I think they should search for a better firm with better employees. Clean Image strives to be reputable, is fairly respectful, and wants to try to be fair. One of the representatives is much easier to talk with than the other of the two I came in contact with. And almost all of my calls were not answered while my work was being done. I think that is unacceptable. He eventually called me back, but he was obviously screening his calls. I'm sure I don't have a good reputation with them now, either. But I was the person paying them!

Clean Image came right away when I discovered a water leak in the basement. [redacted] explained the process then took readings for the extent of the water leak and pictures for insurance. He and his crew came in a took things apart and dried it out over the weekend. He produced both paper and electronic invoices for the work and estimates for repairs. My insurance adjuster has worked with him before and it all went smoothly.

Our carpet has needed cleaning for some time now but our dog getting in the leftover Halloween candy prompted us to call Clean Image and schedule a cleaning. Jordan was able to come out the very next day! Not only did the cleaning manage to get the dog stains out but some other stains that had been there for some time as well! Jordan is such a pleasant, nice, professional man as well. I whole heartedly suggest you use Clean Image the next time you need restoration services!
