On December 24 of 2014, [redacted] came to Clean Land Cleaners to complain about a garment that she claimed was cleaned at my store. about the incident. Since I don't like to lose my customers, I offered to fix the garment free of charge. When I handed the free of charge ticket to her, she claimed that we owed her $2.35. I believed that was absurd.First she could not prove the garment was cleaned at my store, second I volunteered to fix the garment free of charge, yet she wanted to take advantage of situation and claimed that I owed her money. I was just trying to please an unhappy customer. [redacted] stated that we wanted to charge her an extra $2.35 was a pure lie. On the contrary, I offered to fix the garment free of charge. Since I did not want to give her the money back, she took her shirt back and left the store. At Clean Land LLC, we try our best to satisfy each and every customer. However, we cannot do anything about those that want to tarnish our reputation and making false claims.

As I mentioned in my previous answer to this case, I do not have any reasons to mistreat a customer. It is time consuming to run a business, especially when business owners have to deal with cases such as this one. Since I must repeat myself, [redacted] came to my store claiming that we had damaged one of her garments. When I inspected the item, there wasn't no tag to prove that the we were the one responsible for the damage. Yet in the spirit of pleasing a customer, I, the owner of Clean Land took it upon myself to fix her garment free of charge. I handed her a receipt with a zero balance. However, she was still claiming that I was supposed to pay her an extra $2.35. First, she brought a garment with no tag specifying the item was clean at my store. Second, Even though she couldn't prove the garment was cleaned at my store, I offered to remedy the situation free of charge. Third, she was asking for $2.35. Up to this point, I am still trying to understand the logic behind her claim. I hope that Revdex.com will close this case and prevent this person from harassing me. Thanks.

Review: This complaint is regarding my pant suit that I brought for dry cleaning to Clean Land Dry Cleaning Services located in Kenilworth, NJ. I picked up the clothes from the Cleaner and I realized the next day that the cleaner did not provide my suit pant. As soon as I realized it, I contacted the dry cleaner and I was advised to bring the suit top that goes with the pant back to the Cleaner, so they can try to locate the pant.

On 10/16/2014, I had gone back to the Cleaner with the suit top and I was told by [redacted] that the Cleaner would be looking for the pant since they now have the suit top. A receipt was generated that day to find my pant. When I returned back a week later, I was told that they could not find my pant suit. The gentleman that was there that day was laughing at me as if it was funny the Cleaner could not locate my pant. In addition, I also observed that the Cleaner now has a sign on their counter stating that the customers have to count their clothes before leaving the Cleaner which they did not have before. My pant was not provided to me and now I have a vest without a pant and I need the cleaner to provide my suit pant to me immediately.

I called the Cleaner on 11/6/2014 and I spoke to a lady by the name of [redacted] who refused to give me the name of the Dry Cleaner Owner. I do not believe that I am asking for much in return, I just want the Dry Cleaner to return my pant back to me. I purchased my pant suit for me to wear to go to work and I need my pant back. The Cleaner charged me in advance to cleaned my clothes and now and they expecting to get away with this. I, however, will not stand for spending my hard-earned money on clothes, and not to have it return back to me after I paid to have it cleaned.

Review: I purchased a shirt at [redacted] for full price at $98.50 on my [redacted] (Medium Heather Grey, Size Medium) - please see link below. I took it to Clean Land to have cleaned on 11/28/2014. When I put it on a few weeks later to wear, the shirt was damaged as the seams were not aligned properly and the shirt hung wrong when I put it on. I took the shirt back to Clean Land on 12/24/2014 to have fixed or replaced. The owner asked me to pay an additional $2.25 to fix it. She became very nasty after I said I would not pay an additional $2.25 to have my shirt fixed as I did nothing to it. I would like a replacement shirt from Clean Land. Thank you[redacted] (Medium Heather Grey, Size Medium)Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement shirt from Clean Land. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: I did bring in the tag that my shirt was cleaned there. That is a pure lie and she did not offer to fix it for free - she was charging me an extra $2.35 to clean a garment they ruined. This is a pure lie and I do not appreciate the fact that she said I was lying. The other attendant at the next register who worked at Clean Land said I was actually in the right. For being a customer for nearly 7 years, I think managemenr would be more accommadting in this situation.
