Good Afternoon,Regarding the complaint from MS [redacted] and after investigating the incident and speaking with the Manager in charge and employees on staff at the time, we determined that Ms [redacted] had become increasingly agitated and vocal in a vulgar manner to the manager [redacted] At no time did he respond in kind, in fact he made every attempt to calm the situation downThis even after he had agreed to provide a complimentary wash to help alleviate her situation regarding the bugsWhen she continued her tirade she was asked to leave as Ms [redacted] was holding up the progress of other customers so the manager politely asked her to leaveAt this time I will be reaching out to Ms [redacted] to see if we can satisfy her from our end regardless, but from our perspective our manager handled the situation in a professional and appropriate way.Please feel free to contact me directly if you require any additional information.On behalf of [redacted] Sincerely yours, [redacted] General Manager [redacted]

Good afternoon, Mr. [redacted] opened up his membership plan on March 3, 2017 and was terminated 130 day later on July 11, 2017 for commercial usage. During that time, Mr. [redacted] washed his car 88 times, which is an average of 17.5 times a month and cost $1.39 per wash....
