On 12/22/2017 [redacted] filed a complaint with Revdex.com about a jacket that had been dropped off for dry cleaning. On the following day 12/23/2017 the jacket was picked up by the customer's son. I have spoken to [redacted] and ensured her that I would speak to my employee about this problem....
