Clean N' Brite

Review: In late summer of 2014 I took two men's suits (one brown, one dark) and one lady's suit to this cleaners. Several days later I picked up six pieces, paid the ticket, and took them home. In a couple of weeks I needed to wear the dark suit. When I removed the cleaner's plastic cover I discovered they had given me the wrong suit. The suit I had take to them was a Stafford 42 long and they returned a Bowdon 44 regular (I have photographs). When I called the cleaners they agreed to look into it. When I made the second and third calls they refused to take responsibility for my misplaced suit. They claimed their numbering system showed I dropped six pieces and picked up six pieces. This is correct; even so, two of those pieces were the wrong pieces. I met with the owner face-to-face on November 10, 2014 at approximately 4:30 p.m. to discuss this in person. He adamantly refused to accept responsibility for this mistake. I expressed by disappointment and left the store.Desired Settlement: When I purchased this misplaced suit approximately 7 years ago it was valued at $150.00 I am expecting this dry cleaner service to provide the necessary funding to replace this suit with a suit of equal value in today's market.
