Messaging to inform you that FIS Merchant Services contacted me by phone last night and agreed to 1) waive the $60.00 security assessment & 2) terminate our account for $300.00 - based on the fact that we are in our 3rd contract year (per written agreement).This is satisfactory to us!We appreciate the help the Revdex.com offered in getting this situation resolved fairly.Regards,[redacted]
