To whom it may concern,These accusations are incorrect. First and foremost, our system will never take $bid. Our system increments are set by 10’s to 100, to 200,to and so on. The way it works, is when a customer place a bid, there are certain
steps to confirm that they bid the correct amount. Once agreed to it, they would have to also agree to the terms and condition. There is no truth in adding zero’s to any amount submitted by our customers, our system does not operate that way. Our sales rep would never harass anyone over this matter. In fact, we can send a copy of letters that we send to our customers together with their Invoice. They would receive their invoice via email at first; it will then be followed up by a reminder letter together with their Invoice within 2-days and a phone call within two weeksif we have not heard back from our customer. These are standard operating procedure. We send out merchandise to our customers on a regular basis, once paid, we ship it out right away. These are very serious accusations and I hope that you will look into this carefully. It seems like Ms*** would like to get the merchandise for free. Now, to be fair, we have records of Ms*** having issues trying to sign up on our website, some issues on her end. So the problem could be on her end. Regardless, there were no threats given and our company or our system does not add zero’s on our customer’s bid. Again, it does not work/operate that way.
