I have complete records and pictures to the contrary. I hired Clean Out pools 2-24-16, to begin service 3-1. The service was fine while pool remained close for the winter. Service rapidly deteriorated within days of opening on memorial day and obviously required more than this company could handle. Further, I received no notification to secure the pool to prevent access upon their 6-6 pool closure, leaving the health and safety of our residents in question. The health department closure report of 6-29 states cyanuric acid, pool disinfection residual, PH and maintenance procedures were not recorded in operation log, as required. Chlorine level was above 10 ppm. Weir from skimmer was missing. No effluent gauge. This company lax responsibility and professionalism, as shown by his resignation the day after the health department closed the pool.
