I found this company on Home Advisor I was looking for a handy man to do some work Pro Clean listed as being located in West AllisPops up as a choice I contact them to do some minor work in our back hallway A young guy comes out to give me a estimate I swore he quoted me like 160$ Well the bill would of been closer to 200$ with a added something he offered me I thought it sounded fair Work was done yesterday I see him presenting me a bill that would of been over 300$ Just to hang railings up in our back hallI said you quoted me under 200$ He says Oh you don't pay thatNew customer gets a discount It was taken down to 260$ I felt over charged He also said he can do other handy man work We discussed a wheel chair ramp out front of our house I told him I'd not discuss that workUntil he presented the plans to the city of West Allis Gets me in writing permission for the ramp to be put up When he did the little handyman work yesterday He claimed city hall told him verbally we can have the ramp I said No I want it in writing from city hall Normally the contractor would pull all permits for work to be done Then add cost of permits to our bill later on Not sure I trust this company to put me up a wheelchair ramp
