I had Clean Pro LLC come to clean out my dryer vent and when they came the technician pulled the electrical cord to my dryer and he pulled off the cover to the electrical outlet. When he went to plug it back in the dryer no longer worked and he said he could not fix it. He also had a very hard time getting my dryer vent cover back on and had to keep redoing it. I told him I would not pay him until he got my dryer working and he got angry and was yelling at me and I told him to stop and that I was not going to argue with him and to just leave. I called to talk to his supervisor Adrian and he basically tried to blame me because my dryer electricity did not work. He did not even care how rude and unprofessional his worker was. This company is a joke and should not be out servicing the public. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Hired then in April of 2018 for a whole house special of $249. When the technician arrived the price jumped to $550 because of stains that only he could see. Due to the fact I had cancelled plans to be home, I reluctantly agreed to $337. Work was completed very quickly. That evening when my wife got home, she went upstairs to change and immediately came back downstairs and asked what happened to the dresser? A mirrored drawer at ground level had a piece of glass broken. Despite the fact a chunk of the mirror was missing, there was no evidence of it on the floor as indicating it had been picked up.
I contacted *** P, the owner, and reported the damage via email. During a long exchange of emails, P denied the damage and as he is from Romania, accused me of being a racist. When I pointed out that being from Romania was not a race, he changed the accusation to being a xenophobe. At one point, he agreed to fix the damage if I would admit to being a xenophobe. Then he decided to change tactics and decided my wife had done the damage but was afraid to tell me as I beat her!
When I pointed out that research showed that Clean Pro had horrible ratings on Angies List and the Revdex.com, he responded as follows: (copy of an email he sent)
"just so you know we used to advertise with both of this companies , with Angie’s list we had over 800 A rated reviews , when we stoped paying them money for advertising they deleted our profile , with Revdex.com we had a similar experience, when we stoped paying them for their Revdex.com certification we had bad reviews showing up from the past"
After a long string of entertaining emails, I decided to quit wasting my time with P and rather spend my time notifying as many people as possible of their horrible reviews on Revdex.com, Angies List, and Yelp via social media.

As I have saved 19 emails from Poopsecu, I am pretty sure he remembers me. There is no invoice number on his invoice as he well knows. A coupon number of 041SSN3-249 and date of 4/11/2019 are the only reference numbers. Poopsecu has tried to use this dodge before. Between the Revdex.com, Yelp, and Angies List, he has the worse record I have ever seen.

I had a coupon for a room cleaning for $87. The service man ended up performing additional services without my knowledge. They performed a preconditioning as well as a deep cleaning in my living room. I was never contacted about these additional services or charges. The service man hand printed my mother n laws name on the typed out agreement and had her sign it. The credit card is in my name only and she is not authorized to sign for anything on my credit card. Since I was not contacted about these additional services I should not be responsible for paying them. I was charged an additional $84 for these services which I never signed for. I am requesting that the additional $84 not be charged to my card, as again I did not sign off on this, and was not made aware of the additional services.

Our company gave the person who the customer left in charge a price before we started the work along with a copy of the cleaning contract that clearly showed the price . The person at the house signed the contract before we started the work and agreed for all the charges . I scheduled a carpet cleaning for 6/5. The technician arrived and told me my carpet would require a “deep clean” and would cost me $575 which the initial Conversation when I scheduled was $90. I told the technician, mike, that there was no way I could afford that. He then told me that he could “probably do it for $250” but that it would have to be cash upfront. I again told him that I couldn’t afford that. He told me if he did the “normal cleaning” that it would make my carpet worse and smell. So I told him I couldn’t do it the other expensive ones and so he left. His manager, Ryan called me and told me he could do the “deep clean” for $150. So we’ve went from 90$ to 575$ to 250$ now to $150. I told him that was fine since I had cleared my day and furniture and took off work. So mike came back and “cleaned” my carpet for all of 20 minutes when I was told on the phone it would usually take an hour. Mike told me it would lighten as it dried. The following day after it dried the carpet literally looks the same ( maybe slightly lighter) than it did. It is not cleaned. It was left with a mildew smell. No cleaners. Nothing. I reached out to mike and he told me they would come clean it again. I have sent him emails as I would prefer it in writing where I asked when to schedule And he hasn’t responded. I feel like I was scammed and didn’t even get the service I was guaranteed.

I used this business from the $250.00 coupon for entire home. Total amount was $450.00 for two bedrooms with walk in closets, hallway and living room. Carpets were still wet 48 hours later. I spoke with the owner and long story short, he explained the technician gave me a break on the price due to the condition of my carpet.

I am writing in disappointment. My carpets were cleaned almost two weeks ago. There is not a change in the carpets. We were quoted 125 with a cupon, and were not notified of any additional fees that may be assessed at the time of service. When the man gets there he says that there are all of these items needed and the services ended up costing us 380 dollars. Then to know that our carpets do not look any different is even worse. After placing all of these "NEEDED" chemicals on our carpets he tells us that there's a stain in our living room floor that will not come out, that there is no padding under the carpet. Okay, so let me understand you just charged me nearly double for services you shouldn't have even completed in the first place. I appreciate your dishonesty. Then once I called the office the following Monday the only thing that was offered was to come out an retry. I agreed upon this. The man on the phone never addressed my concerns. He continued to schedule the cleaning. The cleaning was scheduled for the following Saturday and then we receive a call on Friday afternoon canceling. I have waited for a follow up call, and we are at a week later and there has not been a follow up of services. I will be contacting the attorney generals office for the lack of communication, and information regarding our services. I do not trust Clean Pro LLC, they are not a trustworthy company!

Clean Pro LLC advertised the first 10 Vents and return Vent cleaning was $200 and a whole house cleaning up to 2000 square feet was $249 including free staircase cleaning, however when technician came to my house square footage of 1494 in partially cleaned only the upstairs I feel I was conned out of $950. You know I don't even think I would be complaining if the carpet was actually clean because I'm so embarrassed.. I really wouldn't consider this buyer's remorse as much as I feel like I was conned. The technician talked for more than 45 minutes. He originally gave me a price of $1,100 and went outside and said he was going to call the company, came back in and said that he could charge $950. The actual job after I signed the contract took less than 30 minutes including the cleaning of the air vents the return duct and shampooing just the upstairs part of the house. He told me to do the bedroom on the first floor the master bedroom would be an additional $100. My total square footage of my home is 1494. There was no furniture in any rooms with the exception of a bed that was on rollers upstairs and he did not clean under the bed explanation given by owner of company they don't move furniture. I was going to pay with a credit card but the technician requested a personal check because he said it would cost me $28 to use a credit card . NOW I know the reason was probably so I couldn't dispute the charge with my credit card company. I tried to resolve this with Clean Pro LLC letting them know that I was very unhappy with the charges and the service, however, the person who identifying himself as the owner, even though he refused to give me his name, talked over me and was very rude. I'm a senior citizen and I'm not trying to use that as an excuse but I really, really feel that I was conned. I don't want anyone else to go through what I'm going through. I'm too embarrassed to tell my sons or anyone that I know . feel totally foolish for letting someone in my house and letting them take advantage of me in this way.

Revdex.com:I was told that the were treated with a chemical substance and we could not walk on it for 2 hours, therefore, we did not do a walk for walkthrough. Also there was no way for me to " walkthrough" the air vents were cleaned or not. I am aware that I signed that we did do a walk-through which is probably legally binding. At this point I have decided that evidently this company needs this $950 more than I do. if they are willing to fabricate how this transaction occurred I have decided to just just pray for them because if they will go this far no telling how much farther they would go if I continue with this claim . I am a senior citizen who was no longer embarrassed by what happened . They should be embarrassed for taking advantage of a customer . Thanks for your assistance

Clean Pro alleges that we did A walk-through after the carpets were cleaned, however, I was told that a walk-through was not possible because the carpets were treated with a chemical and we should not walk on them for about 2 hours. we also did not walk through the air vents and it's on me that I assumed the technician actually clean them now I wonder, since the carpets or so poorly taken care of.This company must need this $950 more than I do to blatantly lie about what happened and to take advantage of a senior citizen. I have decided to just rely on Karma and pray for them because if they go this far no telling what they would do. Thank You Revdex.com

I unfortunately hired this company to clean carpets in a rental house as we were leaving. When I called I told them I needed 3 bedrooms cleaned. They quoted a price. I specifically asked if there were going to be any extra charges or fees and was told “No, your price will be ___”. With a 3-yr-old and a baby, it was a rough move, so I scheduled them to come 1 hour before the property manager was coming to get the keys so we’d have time to get everything out. When the guy came, he said that because the bedrooms had closets, we’d have to pay 50% more than the quoted price. The property manager was coming in an hour – I was stuck! I have NEVER had another carpet cleaning company charge for closets. I called later to complain and was told that I agreed to the new price at the time, so too bad. (What choice did I have?!) He agreed to call a competitor to ask if they charge for closets, and he said he would call me the next morning. He never called me. When I called him later he said that the competitor does charge for closets, so too bad. I called the same business/branch he said he talked to and was told that they do not charge for closets except maybe $10-$15 for a very large walk-in. We had a small walk-in and 2 tiny folding door closets. When I called this company back, he said it was bad form to complain about pricing and then said “we’re a business. You can’t please everyone”…click. Just hung up on me. I never raised my voice, never used curse words, or anything else that might result in hanging up on someone. If I say I need bedrooms cleaned and ask a price, they should have AT LEAST mentioned that closets are extra instead of waiting until I was completely stuck and then raised the price 50%! I would like a refund of the extra amount they charged above the price they promised me.

Hired to clean carpets and was charged $247 for two rooms. Itemized invoice shows 2 rooms charged at $35 and then 2 rooms charged at $30 with an $87 service fee so I was at least charged twice. Carpets are not clean, still have a huge rust stain and numerous other stains and now my carpet smells moldy so I am possibly breathing in mold now. Horrible job and nothing is clean.

Set up appointment to have 3 rooms cleaned with a coupon. Their representative came out and after giving me a "deal" on extra steps that are "necessary" to keep your carpet from showing dirt and also supposedly "the cleaning offer does not get the deep dirt out"(then why would you do that offer if it doesn't get the dirt out) the total came to a whopping 253.00 from 79 dollars! They should tell you up front that the cleaning offered doesn't clean your carpets, I would not have used them. I expect my carpet cleaned! All along the baseboards the carpets are still dirty. I had 3 LIGHT pieces of furniture that I would have been more than happy to move that was cleaned around. Before I knew it he was leaving and I was stuck with 253 dollars worth of dirty carpet. The "office manage " is not a customer support person, but neither are the people that work for this company. I have had 3 other cleanings done to the carpets by another company that actually "cleaned" and was able to slide the same chair to the side with no issue. I used this company because of the coupon scam they offer. I have talked with the "office manager " with no satisfaction.

I recently used cleanpro to clean some carpet at my residence and I was very pleased with their overall quality of work and the technician was very professional. If you do have stains or high traffic areas they will charge extra. I've always kept my carpets clean and if you take care of them by cleaning 1 time a year they will last.
