Clean Quality Cars

A 2000 Dodge Intrepid was purchased around the end of June 2013. Repair issues.We purchased a 2002 Dodge Intrepid approximately at the end of April 2013 from Clean and Quality Cars in Smithfield, NC XXXXX. The driver's side headlight and hood latch were supposed to be repaired before we took the car off the lot after purchase as promised to us by father of the owner. These items were not repaired and the hood latch was improperly rigged to open. After purchase, approximately 2 weeks after purchased, we had to replace a sensor than about 4 months after purchase we had to replace the radiator. Eight months after purchase the gear shift is completely frozen and the shift cable needs to be replaced. On January 20, 2014 at 2:48 p.m. eastern time,I, [redacted] called Clean and Quality cars and complained about the issues mentioned above. The owner called me sweet heart and told me [redacted] doesn't make the cars and he spent $800 repairing his wife's car. I told him not to speak to me that way and he said not to be calling and complaining. I than said I had a right to complain and I was thinking of going to the media and letting them know that the car lot sells lemons (which I have not and will not do, I decided to contact the Revdex.com instead)and than I said goodbye and hung the phone up.Desired SettlementWe paid $2200 and tax and tags. We would at least want the $2200 refunded to us because now we have no vehicle, no money to get it fixed because we are both [redacted], which the person we dealt with at the car lot knew, we told him so, and we are on a fixed income ([redacted]). We have an [redacted] and we are now unable to go to the doctors or the grocery store etc.
