I do not agree with the centers response.I was not the one that washed it so I don't know what happened to the blanket in their care but what I do know is I dropped it off in good condition I did not get it back in good condition whatever happens well It was in their possession I am NOT responsible for.I paid them for service I and they damaged my possession in there care whatever happened to my item well they had it is there problem not mineI did not get it back how was dropped off and they are responsible not me I paid for service that they do not provide correctly.once you take possession of someone's item you are fully responsible for it well it is in your care I don't care for excuses and explanations of what happened I've done nothing but got the runaround four a month

Good Afternoon,
The blanket in question is still at our location where it was dropped off. Both the [redacted] and myself have gone through the item and see no damage that could have...

been caused by any machine at our location. The issue the customer is mentioning is that the top of the blanket, which has a unique and distinctive pattern, seems to have pressed itself onto the back side, (the pattern-less side of the blanket) creating a faded imprint of the pattern from the top on the opposite side. While faded, it's clear the patterns match. This could not have happened in one of our washers or dryers as there is no possible way for the machines to transfer and exact imprint from one side to another. The only explanation is that the blanket in question was folded away for sometime and the parts in question were folded facing each other. Other than the faded imprint on the backside, the blanket is not burned, which the customer mentioned to our staff. Burn marks are distin ctive & the blanket has no sign of burn marks. I will gladly reimburse that customer for the cost associated with the washing of the blanket however I cannot reimburse the customer for the blanket entirely.

Review: I dropped off my clothes at the Clean Rite on [redacted] in Brooklyn and on Friday, May [redacted] 2015 and picked them up on Sunday, May **, 2015. I arrived home and noticed that I had none of my white laundry and instead had the white laundry of a gentleman. I also had several towels and washcloths mixed in with my laundry that were not mine. I called the laundry center on Monday and was told that I would have to come in to address the complaint. I dropped off the gentleman's clothes at the center and inquired about my missing clothes. I have been to the laundry center every day since Tuesday, June * and am constantly given the runaround and no answers about my clothes. I am always told that the [redacted] ([redacted]) isn't in. One of the employees phoned [redacted] and [redacted] stated that she would follow up with me on Thursday, June *, 2015. I have still not heard from [redacted] and have left several messages at the laundry center for her. I am very disappointed that a.) my clothing was obviously being washed with someone else's b.) all of my clothing is missing and c.) nothing is being done to rectify the situation. I am actually being ignored and given the run around. I am very disappointed with the service I received from this location...and I STILL don't have my white clothes.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money that I spent for the dry cleaning services refunded and I would also like to be compensated for my missing laundry.

Review: There is not hot water in the laundromat. I washed my hands and the water was freezing cold. I checked my washing machines that I selected the hot water option for and the water came out cold each time.Desired Settlement: I like coming to this laundromat because it is close to home and has a mini parking lot. I would like this issue corrected immediately

Review: On February [redacted] 2014, 7 pieces of clothing which includes a lining for a female Jacket, and a Christmas Tree skirt were given to Clean Rite Centers at [redacted] to be "Dried Cleaned" and Receipt No: [redacted] was issued with due date of 2/**/14. However, I returned 2 weeks later with my receipt to uplift my clothing, and was told that they were already delivered. I then questioned the [redacted], [redacted] of their system in distributing Customers' Properties, he then said that he will conduct an investigation to verify who did the delivery without a receipt, and it was discovered that a staff whose name is [redacted] did the delivery. I have tried many times speaking with her about my properties, and how I will be recompensed the value, most times she has either been very rude and/or obnoxious and always hangs up the phone, at this stage, [redacted] is no longer taking my calls. I have visited the business and have been receiving a negative response from them. My only alternative is to request your intervention in this matter, and have a financial settlement for the value of my properties. Review: I dropped off a blanket to be cleaned they destroyed it and will not do anything about it I have called several times I have stopped by to resolve this issue they said the reason my blanket was destroyed because of the material it was made out of regardless of the material I dropped it off in perfect condition and got it back destroyed in their care I feel they are responsible I paid for a service in my possession was damaged wall service was being provided.they are giving me the run around and do not want to pay for replacement of $200 plush costs associated with washing $20.Desired Settlement: replace my blanket

Review: so I dropped off my laundry at this location, and got it back with the same stains after paying a substantial amount of money. I contacted management, who then got in touch with the [redacted]. Complete waste of my time. She called left a voicemail, and made no other attempts to get in touch with me to rectify the situation.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

Review: I dropped two bags of laundry (one green: 14 pounds, one blue: 15 pounds) both of full of only men's jeans on the [redacted] July. I said because I live in the Bronx, I would return in approximately a week. I came back (after work) on [redacted] July and was able to pick up only the green bag from an attendant, [redacted] (the same one who signed off on washing and folding the jeans). I paid for this bag alone and she explained she would continue to search for it. I came back (after work) on [redacted] and [redacted] July with no success or even real follow up (i.e. phone calls which I was told I would receive but instead had to make from the laundromat). I filed a claim with them and called the manager [redacted], who promised to follow up this time. I called [redacted] the following week and she said she still needed to follow up with the company's administrators but that the attendant was responsible for reimbursing the customer (which is not planning on doing). I called once more at a later time point and was sent an automated text reply saying that she is busy and will call back. I never had any follow up until I took off from work and went in on [redacted] August to which [redacted] was visibly disturbed as she recognized me. I spoke to [redacted] in person and she searched for the bags again and even in the basement. As on the [redacted] July with another attendant, the other attendant on [redacted] August informed me that there is a rash of thefts and especially with this particular attendant, [redacted]. I asked for my claim so that I could file a report with the police before I go to small claims court; the police said because I or another employee did not witness the theft (even though there is CCTV), I can not go on hearsay and must file a claim with the Revdex.com and/ or take the laundromat to small claims.Desired Settlement: I filed the claim with the laundromat. It would have been approximately 20-22 pairs of men's jeans ranging from 40 - 80 USD (the value of most of them fall between 50 - 60 USD). I would like reimbursement of the jeans lost/ stolen/ etc.

Review: Clean Rite Center License #[redacted]. falsely advertised laundry service claiming any laundry brought to them before 10pm can be picked up the following day at 5pm. I gave the business a bag of laundry at exactly 9:54pm on 6/**/2013. I proceeded to pick up the laundry the following day at 8:30pm. I was informed that the laundry has not been done. I asked for the manager and I was informed that the manager will be in the next day. The following day I called the place of business and asked for the manager. The employee on the phone informed me that the manager is not in, I asked when the manager will get in and I was informed that the manager has not been present for the last two weeks. I asked for a direct number for the manager but the employee informed me that she doesn't have any. Internet search for any contacts were useless.Desired Settlement: I would like for the manager or district manager to contact me for a solution.

Review: I put in two items of clothing on 6/*/13. I specifically said I wanted items back early on Friday 6**/13. The ticket (in possession) indicates "early". They told me about 3:00PM. I arrived at 4:00PM. The items were unavailable. The attendant gave me [redacted] #. the off-site cleaner. He indicated that item was not available till 6:30PM. The attendant indicated the large numberof missing , damaged, late clothing. I came back the next day and the manager was not present. I went back week later and wanted a refund and items. Items were damaged and poorly handled. The manager ([redacted]) refused to speak to me, handed me [redacted]'s # (???) She ran into the office and refused to speak to me.Desired Settlement: Pay for the cost of the cleaning and jacket replacement (~$150)

Review: The Clean Rite is usually a very clean and pleasant place to go to. This was a Tuesday night around 730. When I went to get my quarters I asked for some free soap. The female staff member stated that they ran out. I asked her if she can use the detergent that was for sale. She said she could not. I asked her for a store credit and she said she could not do that. Once I placed my quarters in the machine, after a while I noticed that the water was extremely cold. I always place my washers on the hot water settings. I asked the female staff member why was the water extremely cold. She explained to me that the boiler was broke. I asked for how long. She said they were in the process of fixing it but it was broke for over a week. I asked to speak to the supervisor but she explained that she was the only one there. She did not know when the supervisor would be in. My clothes came out dingy than usual. I think that there should of been a sign up that told customers that the boiler was broken so it would give us a chance to decide if we wanted to wash our clothes there.Desired Settlement: I would like store credit the next time I go there as well as free detergent.
