At this time, I have been contacted directly by Clean Rite Laundry regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[On the *** August I spoke directly to the owenr of Clean Rite Edwin U***, who assured me that he had looked at my claim. He
said the information and the clothes would be given to some inspectors and they in turn would contact me. He told me that they would inspect my clothing and get back to me by August *** with an offer. To date I have not heard from himI have left a message on his cell phone on August *** but still have not heard from him
