Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The stories from Cleaning Services Northwest are getting grander by the telling and they are denying their responsibility to repair damage they causedI just spoke to *** at ***He said that Kasey L*** did not inform him that the workers were cleaning the interior side of the windows where the blind is locatedShe also did not specify which window blind had been broken! He can confirm that this blind has never had a problem(Yes, another blind would not work but was repaired a year ago.) The employee of Cleaning Northwest Services witnessed me opening all of the blinds on his arrivalIt functionedIt was not brokenIt broke while an employee was cleaning itI don't see where there is room for argument
I opened all of the blinds in front of the employee when he arrived with no problem whatsoeverThe difficulty arose when the blind was broken and no longer movedOf course I had difficulty at that point, it was broken!
Cleaning Services Northwest management never even offered to come to my home and look at the area damagedThe first response from them was to demand payment without full understanding of the situaionKasey L*** continues to embellish upon possible scenarios without possessing or verifying the factsHer only concern appears to be moneyPrimary example is the half information she provided to Mr*** of *** and than twisting his response to serve her needsI do not have the time or inclination to engage with these speculations and assumptions.
The blind worked prior to cleaningThe blind was broken during cleaningThere is no way around these factsCleaning Services Northwest is liable for the damage they caused

Clean Services NW cleaned Mrs*** home on 8/6/Afterspending man hours there my employee Jon called me to tell me that the*** were not going to pay there invoiceI asked what happen he told me theblind in the loft wasn’t closingHe told me when the window was being cleanedthe blind
started to close and just stoppedHe said nothing had touched itHethought it may be on a sensor or something, and that it looked like there was apiece missingBefore he began the work he told Mrs*** that he didn’t wantthe responsibility of the blinds because he was not familiar with themHeasked that they be opened and lockedMrs*** handed him the remote andshowed him how to open and close the window with itAt that time she was havinga hard time operating the blinds/windows(Jon is our ground supervisor and hasyears of window cleaning experienceHe is very knowledgeable with the industry)I called Mrs*** the next morning and asked her for payment.She was very mad that I didn’t call her to apologize and She then told me thatI was going to repair her blinds or her husband was an attorney and she wouldsue me. I told her I didn’t believe itwas clean services who caused damage and that Jon had asked her to open andlock the blindsShe asked me if we could “Jim m rig” to get it to workI toldher that we don’t do that and I have no knowledge how to repair v-lock blinds.She than gave me *** at *** *** numberI called *** to see if windowcleaning could have caused damage to the blindsHe told me he was familiarwith the fords, and they had many problems with the loft blinds and to hisknowledge they had never been repairedI called Mrs*** back and let herknow what I had found out and that I wouldbe sending out a bill.I believe that the blinds were not working properly and mayhave had too many “jim m rig” fix. Standardwindow cleaning would have not cause damageClean services has been in businessyearsWhen we cause damage to property, we always take care itI believethat the *** are trying to get a repair and or services for free I have also includedare email appointment reminder

We have been in the Pressure washing business since 1998. We have pressure washed hundreds of concrete patios and driveways. We have never gotten a complaint such as this. We used a 3500 PSI cold water pressure washer with NO chemical. We did not use excess pressure. We have before and after...

pictures of most areas and the finished product looks great. We feel this homeowners request, of a new driveway and patio is excessive. Our technician went above and beyond for this customer, he washed down the city sidewalk next to her home without charge, so everything was clean. Her patio and drive look great. We have more photos will not upload
