You cancelled your appointment only days agoThe office was closed for of those days because of the holiday weekendWe are more than willing to come take a look at your problem but you are refusing to rescheduleYou are more than welcomed to precede however you like but my records will show that YOU could not make our appointment and that YOU are not willing to reschedule

As I already stated to the homeowner, we will not take another companies word as good without visually seeing what she is speaking ofWe DID NOT install a fireplace liner in her chimneyI spoke with the homeowner already and we have a scheduled appointment to access what they are speaking of We will not provide a refund based on another companies statements

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Jenny from Clean Sweep Chimney Cleaners called me on 9/after getting notified from the Revdex.com and I truly appreciate a response from Clean Sweep Jenny claims that I did not call them; however, I have the records to show I did In any case, after speaking with me to understand what my issues were, Jenny spoke to Kurt, the representativeJenny then called me back to say that he would be in touch with me at which time I asked that they correspond going forward in writing At this time, I am waiting to receive an explanation for why they installed a 5.5" instead of a 6" liner and why they did not insulate the liner and what their proposed resolution is in writing via my email or via Revdex.com Sincerely, [redacted]

We are sorry to hear that the cap was never installed we are no longer operating the business due to unforeseen circumstances we will pull the file and send a refund as soon as possible sorry for the inconvenience

[redacted] Hi Madeline, I just got off the phone with a local Revdex.com office agent, and I was told my next step is to email you days ago I submitted complaint # [redacted] and the business responded immediately saying they would send me a refundThey never did and they never contacted me againCan you please reopen my complaint so I can get further assistance?

Like she just confirmed in her statement, we offered her an appointment for the following week, which she declined to accept because she said she was busyIt was days later when she called back to tell me she was now free, and at that point, the appointment was no longer availableThe refund will be processed as previously stated

Have spoken with the customer and am rectifying the issue

The cap was a custom orderIt has not been months, it has been a matter of weeksThe cap will be installed as promised

The customer was offered MANY appointments to rescheduleShe turned down every day I offered, even one that was less than a week awayI will not be spoken down to , or spoken to as rudely as I was by this customerRespect works both ways. She will receive her $Refunds take 4-
weeks

The refund was mailed back in November....we will have to check with the bank to ensure it was not cashed If not, it will be re-issued

I am rejecting this response because:I'm sorry, but I repeatedly attempted to...

reschedule.  I've called.  I've emailed.  You completely dropped off the face of the earth.  I've had competitors of yours direct me to comments and reviews online that make it abundantly clear what you're doing to people.  Anyone can do a [redacted] search and see for themselves.  Its no coincidence that there are multiple comments filed with the Revdex.com and none of them are to send you flowers or compliment your operation.  You are a complete scam and I would prefer NOT hearing from you (even though you would never call since you've had WEEKS of opportunity to do so already).  I want a full refund for the "services" you've done for me already - this is really not an unreasonable request since you had guaranteed your "work" to me in writing.  If a refund is not received in an acceptable time frame I am more than willing to take the next step with this.  Your call.
