Clean Sweep Lawn Care

Company was terminated Nov. 2013 due to lack of being able to contact when they did not fulfill obligations & they continue to bill after termination.Company was hired to maintain lawn, bushes, flower beds. April 2013 we let company know types of flowers we wished, they were to plant, a month later nothing. We are unable to contact them by phone & have gotten "sneaky" & used friends phone to FINALLY get a hold of them, still with no result. Had enough of their "cat & mouse" & terminated their services Nov. 2013, keep sending their people out, we keep sending them away, telling them they've been fired, we cannot get the company on the phone & are now sending outrageous bills. Desired SettlementNone, just want this company to STOP bagering us since we terminated them 5 months ago & have the employer take care of not having their employees show up at our home & us have to tell them to leave.

The work of an contract was never done, yet [redacted] the owner of the company has not returned the deposit of $2900.The $2900 was given and the contract signed on 7/15/15. Mr. [redacted] said work would begin on 7/16/15 after failing to begin as of 7/20/15 I informed [redacted] that I would find someone else to do the job and wanted a full refund. He informed me via email that he would return the money on 7/29/15. He has not returned the money nor is he answering my phone calls.Desired SettlementI want a full refund.
