I have attached two response, one from our Admin Assistance and the other from the Sales.I Desaree [redacted] spoke to Laurence [redacted] on 1/26/I received a voicemail from Mr [redacted] over the weekend and returning his phone call I referenced to his voicemail about what he wanted done as far as his rate being lowered so I looked over his account to educate myself in the best way to keeping Mr [redacted] a happy customerLater on Tuesday afternoon, after leaving him a voicemail for him to return my phone call me and Mr [redacted] discussed the add he was seeing on the Tv I first informed him that the commercial was being ran by ADT corporate and us as an ADT Authorize Dealer we had to meet certain guidelines and the add that was being ran had nothing to do with usI also informed him that indeed there was a low rate of with warranty or without warranty and by this meant that at any time if is home were to be broken into his landline was cut he would lose all signals from ADT monitoring and that at the time he was calling in we could not make any changes to his account as his paperwork had already been sent up and submittedI adv him I would communicate with Bobbiann the salesrep who sold him the alarm and also my boss to see if there was anything I could do furtherI spoke to Bobbiann and asked if the landline was ever offered to him she adv me his home landline is a wireless internet based phoneline and that we could not connect hardwire landline to a internet based home phoneI contacted Mr [redacted] again on 1/27/and adv him that there was no way we could even put a landline rate in his home since his landline wasn’t compatible with the hardwire signals that need to be installedMr [redacted] became irate and I adv him that we took care of him and adv him that though he couldn’t get the landline rate he didn’t have to pay for any equipment up front with a $value or for a $install I also adv him they gave him months of free service, Mr [redacted] adv that this wasn’t right and he then requested for my boss too contact him, I adv Mr [redacted] I would inform her of the return phone call and for him too have a great day

need to send like separate complaints, while all saying the same thingWe called her back to discuss the issue, gave her several different options for resolution and as explained to her that since it had been over 12months, and the camera's did work for her during the first months so the discussion of it not being supported or being able to be seen doesn't make senseIf this was our standard practice, we wouldn't have been able to stay in business for the years and able to maintain good standings with the other 3500+ customersBest Regards, Kristina ***

  I know the person, Herb, is no longer with the company. He is the second person I called he HE is the one who told me who to contact and he AFTER he quit working for this company!  And the fact that your company is not accredited with by the Revdex.com speaks volumes!  This company is a scam, THAT IS MY OPINION due to the unsatisfactory service you provided and if I want to rent a billboard there is nothing you can do about it. He is a suggestion, maybe you should strive in satisfying EVERY CUSTOMER!

I am sorry she feels that way but we have installed over 3500 customers over the last 4 years and the equipment that is used is industry standard name brand.  If we installed substandard equipment then the business wouldn't have survived with that many other satisfied customers.  The sales person whom she referred to has not been with the company now for over a year+.
