I am rejecting this response because: I read the letter they sent, it was all LIES! They never explained anything to us, there was never a supervisor on site, am not aware of them taking any pictures, the siding have NO holes on it!They smeared the tar all over our siding and they damaged it and blocked the water channel, so water runs under the roof cement, and into our ceiling.
They never came on time when we called them, The work always been postponed for the same reason: "funeral." They don't want to understand that the first roof was put on with NO flushing behind the siding, and there was a gap of an inch between the first new roof and the wall where the flushing should have been Then shortly after it leaked, they smeared tar OVER the siding INSTEAD of under the siding! That is part of the problemThere are lots of cracks and they keep on patching but that is NOT a permanent solutionOur roof looks horrible! The owner who retired, called me on Oct 7th, and told me that he would talk to the president, His daughter, and try to solve this matterHe called again letting me know that of his best workers would come in weeks and tear the whole roof again including the sidingand they would install a proper new roof! I didn't see this mentioned in the Coletterwas this a lie too? At this point I'm disgusted and hope to get a refund! We have videos and pictures too!!! *** is one of them, what it suppose to be a NEW ROOF installed!

[redacted] contacted the Revdex.com before contacting our office.   Fischer Contractors.  called [redacted] on !/20/2016 and made an appointment with her for Friday, 1/22/2016.

Fischer Contractors Inc.,  install a rear lower roof in 2010 for [redacted].  Sometime after she  complained of  leaks.   Fischer Contractors went  numerous times.    We explained and showed her pictures of the wholes in her tin siding and her shingle...

roof that is attached to this lower roof and explained to her that we did not installed. These area of roofing and that tin siding is well over 20 years old and the shingles were lifting and again showed her pictures so she could understand each time we went to her house the leaks were on either side of each corner where these roofs adjoined. The roof Fischer installed, no where else on the entire ceiling was there evidence of any water leakage    [redacted] did not agree with us so after 2 years we agreed to  install another roof for her. Once again,  [redacted]  complained of leaks in the same spots.  The company also, installed custom metal on chimney area as well  where the shingle roof is,that we did not install to help resolve the problem.  We also, covered the whole in the siding to help stop the water, it worked for over a year but again it is now leaking.  We go each and every time she calls and we told [redacted] again, that the leaks are coming from the tin siding and the shingles.   We told her we would do the shingles were the leak is coming from "Free of Charge" and she said no.  She wants a 3rd roof installed but this is not the problem and will not resolve her issues she must replace the old shingle roof and the old tin siding than the problem will stop.    Unless, [redacted] has the tin siding and the shingles replaced the leaks will not stop.  We have plenty of photographs to provide.

The serviceman arrived at 3:30 he told us there was another problem other than the initial problem we paid for. He indicated that it was masonry problem. We were told in July 2010 we needed a roof. We are waiting to hear from roofing co for a resolution since it appears we paid for something we did not need.
